I stayed there for 3 months the food is terrible it actually stinks using styrofoam containers which is against the law. The maid s come in when you're gone and steal your stuff I had over $500 taken in the first 3 days clothes stolen then when our time was up they had security pick me up and literally throw me in the street with all my property or the property I had on me they kept the rest of my property packed it up and put it in a room and made it impossible for me to get I called the police several times and they police said it's a civil matter they stole thousands of dollars of clothes and tools I'm willing to take a lie detector test I'm getting together the receipts to everything it's a terrible place to be one of the residents they're Italian steal my TV and what room it went into and the maid said see I told you we get caught. The aging services didn't pay for my extension because it was a holiday but they didn't care that I needed to have electricity to get oxygen now I stored my oxygen tanks with one of the residents there the nurse went into the room and stole them$7,000 worth of oxygenators two of them one portable and one large now I don't have a way to get oxygen I'm in the streets living out in this cold in a wheelchair with no oxygen I've been to the hospital twice now since I've left. My wife who is practically blind with 20% and a right eye left eye completely blind and it threw us both into the streets and they stole all her clothes high-end closed we caught the maids in her room even when we were in there coming into the bathroom and then sit when we see them ran out we told them to stay out of her room but they would come in every time we left and steel stuff we told management management said we were full of s***there are so many rats around that place they live underneath the building and rat piss you can smell it coming up through the floor and making his deathly sick bed bugs and cockroaches are everywhere for the three months I was there I had to fight them on my own and spend my own money I have scars all over my body and can prove it I have video of the bed bugs it is wrong place to be and I can prove all this I would take a lie detector test to the fact. I've seen a lot of members residents being moved out because of issues the food was open with fruit flies all over it sitting and drinking of the same cups that we drink out of I have pictures of that the desserts were sitting out open the fruit flies all of them I have pictures of that as well they stole my phone so I wouldn't have proof but literally they know I had Google one backup on all pictures and I have some pictures on my wife's phone they didn't get that one they stole all the proof that I had bed bugs on special traps they stole the traps they stole a lot of my proof but that won't stop nothing cuz we have God on our side they sent us out to a motel our first night out for supposed to pay for three nights we got out there they said you have a reservation but it didn't get paid we were stuck out in the cold in the rain all night no money how are the elderly treated like this in this nation blows my mind I would never send my parents to this place anyone that has them there should get them out of there

You go hungry they don't care if you can't open anything they surely don't care.. I've never been to a place where they have not answered me. And the. Worst service

My dad stayed here after breaking his hip, Sarah the administrator has been so incredibly helpful in advocating for my dad, explaining my rights and options and pointing me to the right resources, she really cares about her job and her patients and it shows. Tyler is also awesome and has been so communicative about his progress, caring about his recovery and success, and advocating as well. Great team!

I have had two relatives stay at this place and have found it to be good overall. Staff are friendly, helpful to residents, listen to concerns and make it a welcoming place.

I’m an agency CNA and have worked here for a few shifts. I am so impressed by the teamwork among the staff! Other CNAs and nursing staff are quick to help and support each other, so they can best support their residents!

I had the opportunity to visit this facility while getting my bachelors at a local college. I was thoroughly impressed with the dedication, care and attention to detail the staff had. I met with Allen and Kyle on their management side and was inspired by their work ethic. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to get high quality, compassionate and holistic care.
