Regency Park gives senior residents the choices they need to create their ideal senior living. We are a private, peaceful property located in Portland. I visited for 2 hours today. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. I love the newer check in system. Decor of my friends room and residence in general seems comfortable. TBH i thought the lunch food at Regency would be a bit better and more artfully presented. I spent May 28, 29 and 30 at your neighbor, St. Vincent Hospital, and was amazed at the wonderful food. I would rate their dinners, salads and sandwiches a 10/10. Breakfast maybe a 7. Pretty amazing because the cafeteria fare is just so so. But you do have a very nice facility. I look forward to visiting again.

My mother was a resident of memory care and was treated kindly and compassionately by all of the patient, hardworking care staff. Moving our mother into memory was an emotionally challenging event for mom and family alike,, but the staff at Regency Park, including the marketing team, maintenance staff, front door attendants, memory nursing leadership and memory head administrators collectively worked to support us throughout the process. Thank you to all for your kindness.

I moved my artist friend, Eunice Parsons, to Regency Park Assisted Living in 2022 at the age of 105. She hated the idea of assisted living, having lived in her own home until she was 103. I was extremely pleased when told her room was her apartment and I could decorate it as I liked. I hung her artwork and brought in her furniture. The third day there she told me she liked the food! (I was shocked, she always cooked and was very particular.) She came to love the care staff. They loved her and enjoyed her stories. Eunice, who had grown up poor and had supported herself while living below the poverty line most of her life, told me she felt like she was living at the Ritz. She became fully bedridden the last year of her life and the folks at RP and Brighton Hospice took excellent care of her: no bedsores, always clean, and several of the care givers became her friends. I was incredibly pleased with their care and would highly recommend them.

My elderly mother lived at Regency Park for over 2 years, and I have nothing but high praise for this place. The facilities are clean, beautiful and thoughtfully arranged and it’s easy to get to and park. But by far its greatest asset is the quality of the people working there. I visited weekly and was constantly impressed by the kind and loving care she received. Seeing Mom interact with them made it easy for me to make friends with them as well. I was always kept well informed about anything I should know, and consulted about possible steps to take. Both management and daily staff are of topmost quality. I am so happy my mom lived there and I highly recommend Regency Park to others.

My Mom lived here for the last three months of her life. The administration staff was responsive and caring. I could get an answer to my question quickly. And I always felt like they cared. The staff that took care of Mom was caring and loving. Mom wasn’t the most social but they managed to make her feel at home and work with her needs. When she went in hospice they cared for her with love and compassion. And after she died they all paid respects to her. We were blown away at their honoring of her. Having experience with other assisted living facilities we are able to say that Regency Park excels in their service to the resident both in care and administration.

My mom stayed at Regency Park for a Respite Care visit so we could visit our new grandchild. Her support needs were great. I am very grateful for the compassionate care she received from everyone there, from nursing & medication to her meals, bathing and dressing everyone was competent, professional, warm and caring.

i made an appointment for a tour with Katie Velazquez. She was very pleasant, showed me all around and we viewed a studio that I was interested in. She also told me the price which I was very happy with. It was very nice and just what my wife needed. She also showed me the courtyard and told me of the many activities they have for their guest. She answered any and all questions I had. Thank you very much!

Both my parents live there. I have been really pleased with their care. The residents are well cared for. The food is good. The Regency Staff has done an AMAZING job navigating the world of covid. My parents have been there for about 3 years and I highly recommend the facility.

Moved our 93 year old father into Regency Park on Oct 14. The staff has been wonderful and helpful. Dad constantly comments on how great the staff is and how they treat him so kindly. Professional, warm, caring staff...comfortable room and facility and good communication throughout dad’s transition and on-going care.

Regency Park is a great place, the staff is friendly and cares about each resident. The maintenance staff is prompt and friendly. Levi was always quick to answer work orders and takes great pride in the work he does, he’s friendly to residents and staff alike.

I highly recommend Regency Park for a respite stay for any loved one. The facility is immaculate and the staff are personable, caring, and they do their jobs well. Residents enjoy making meal selections from a menu at a table that looks like one in a fine restaurant. When we walked in, my husband who has Alzheimer’s, remarked that it felt like he was in a mansion. I really appreciated the level of security and care in the memory care section of Regency Park. I also appreciated that residents clothes are laundered separately and none of his clothes were lost. This is not the case in many facilities. We are fortunate to have found a Regency Park and we expect that we will use the facility in the future.

I visited Regency Park for a Holiday Bazaar in November. I was greeted by a young man named Levi. The living center smelled so fresh and was very clean. Levi was quick to help me carry and find the various vendor tables. Very impressed with Regency as well as Levi.

Levi was a huge help in making Pacific University's outreach event run smoothly. Not only did he go above an beyond assisting the group by setting up equipment and distributing fliers, but he came in on his day off TWICE to make sure we had everything we needed and to check in on your residents. I look forward to Pacific University working with Regency Park in the future, and I hope that Levi is again a part that experience. Thank you!

Regency Park is wonderful and offers a variety of very important opportunities for their residents! Levi Crawford is a key component to this. He helped bring residents the opportunity to attend a presentation about mental health for aging adults, and provided them with free opportunities for knowledge about their own memory, depression, and anxiety experiences. Regency Park is a wonderful home for residents, and would not be the same without people like Levi.

We have had our parents at Regency for a year now. Our parents have very different needs. Regency made it look easy to manage both of their needs. We are so appreciative of the staff for their patience and keeping us updated. Another attribute is the staff make a special effort to personalize services and give kind, gentle care to both of our parents. Thank you to Regency for easing our anxiety as we made this transition. Our requests were attended to promptly and reasonably.

My mother has been at Regency for a few months and while all places I checked had issues of turnover, Regency was making strides to change this exact issue. I am so pleased with all the caregivers and how they take such good care of my mother. When you have dedicated, professional people at the top of an organization, the expected care trickles down. Upper level management has only the highest standards of care, for each person whom they hire. I have had a couple of issues regarding my personal preference of care for my mother. Any issue I have had, I brought to the attention of the Executive Director and each time issues were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction.

I am a nurse practitioner clinician who visits residents at Regency Park for in home medical care. I have been seeing patients at this community for over 5 years and really enjoy working with the friendly staff! It is a lovely community and feels very warm and welcoming. Regency Park offers many services for seniors with various needs. The fact that they contract with my group to provide on site medical care, really shows their commitment to bringing services to their residents. Together, we are helping seniors to age in place.

We moved my mother into Regency Park in late November 2017. Since that time my mother has thrived. I cannot express the gratitude my family holds for the director Laura Andres the RN Alyssa and health care director Amanda Sanchez. All the med tech n staff have made this transition seamless and today I know my mother is cared for and safe. Already I have countless specific situations I could recount if space and time provided where I know Regency Park was right on top of it in making sure my mother was getting the best care. I am saddened to read the poor reviews but I can speak from first hand experience that because of Regency Park my mother has made a much improved change for the better. This was by far one of the best decisions I have made towards my mother’s care.

While I don't like writing reviews like this, I do think it is important to share an experience so the other's can make informed care decisions for their loved ones. I went in for an appointment on a Saturday and the gentleman that showed me around the facility was very good. After looking st 6 other options, we felt the most comfortable with choosing Regency Park. We proceeded with the move in and all the appropriate documents you sign. RED FLAG! - the manger of the facility walked in to the room where we were signing paperwork, introduced herself to my dad, and then walked straight back out with out paying me any acknowledgement. I Was completely Ghosted. I then turned to the gentleman and asked what that was all about and he appologized for her bad and un-professional behavior. I was in high hopes I wouldn't have to encounter her again! I was COMPLETEY wrong. Seemed like a short period of time I turned back around the the nice gentleman that assisted us in the move, no longer worked there. I can draw several conclusions as to potentially why. I then went to the lady in the front at the desk and asked her if I could Speak to the nurse or somebody. The manager came out from her office completely rude and un-approachable and looked completely pissed off she had to get up and answer a few questions. I wanted to run the other direction. Mind you, my dad is not the easiest going person and can be quite difficult but I don't think this should determine how family members are treated. It has been difficult to get answers but there is a woman Carolynn that is extremely helpful when I do need something as the rest of the staff there is un-approachable until it comes to adding more dollar signs to your bill. The community itself is mediocre but comfortable I suppose. The food is in dire need of help! It is awful and often times hear the other people who live there say how poor it is. Activities are okay and there are a few things my dad enjoys. Needs improvement. The apartments are nice but at the end of the day the people who care for the patients make all the difference only sad to see the good people Leave in short time dads been there. The moral of the story is, the place can only be as good as the upper management, and the experience I have had this far speak volumes to the disorganization and negligence. I wouldn't recommend it.
