My mother was a resident of NW Home Health for 18 months (until she passed away in Feb 2024). The care and attention she received from Delia (Dee) was exceptional. Dee keeps the home super clean, is attentive to details and keeps meticulous records of medication administration, care given, visitors, etc. Dee is always available via phone or in person (truly at any time of day). She communicated regularly and kept us abreast of any changes in my mother's care or health. Dee became a home away from home for my mother. Dee's care for my mother was a gift and it was a huge relief to know she was in good hands. Dee was present with us when my mother passed which brought much needed comfort and presence. I strongly recommend this home for your loved one.

I don't have the words to express my debt to my mom's caregiver, Dee. I have zero worries about my mother being in her care. She's not only professional but is deeply caring. She keeps my mother entertained as well as physically caring for her. She is up to date on all of my mom's medical and Rx needs. I do not know what we would do without her!

Dee is wonderful, and goes above and beyond to take care of my mother's well-being. I trust her completely. The house is also great. Very clean, organized, and well-appointed. Northwest has knowledgeable therapists and nurses! They provide fantastic home health services and great exercise classes geared to Parkinson’s at The Grand in Paletine that are open to the public. The staff goes above and beyond. And I would recommend this company for all my loved ones that are looking for home health therapy or nursing services!

Dee and her people are the best. She is kind and caring and gives personal attention to my mother. Whenever I drop by she knows everything about my mother's state of being and attitude. Moving my mother into a care facility was the hardest thing I have ever done in my life; but I can say without a doubt my mother receives better care and companionship here than I have the ability to provide. I really can't say enough positive things about Northwest Home Health.
