Positive: Professionalism, ResponsivenessWorking with Jason Gore, at Family Matters In-Home Care was a real pleasure. He was extremely professional and so responsive to my particular needs as I was planning an extended trip to Portland to visit my sister over the Christmas Holidays. I needed the same level of help that I have at home. I have Parkinsons disease and use a walker 100% of the time and have care givers daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and nightly from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.Though my trip was canceled due to Corona Virus Covid-19, I would highly recommend Jason Gore. He had gone the extra mile to accommodate my needs.
