Having a loved one enter hospice care is a very emotional and difficult time. The loving atmosphere and wonderful staff at Welcome Home ACH helped ease the pain and sadness. Owner Andra and all the aides were so kind and respectful to my husband in his final weeks. I highly recommend this home to anyone having to go through this difficult journey.

Moving Mom out of our home was a very difficult decision. I looked at several locations. Once I met Andra and Darius at Welcome Home, I knew in my heart this was the place for her. They are very professional, great communicators and treat their residents like family. The home is light, bright, clean and beautifully updated. I hope my kids find me a home like this if I ever need to be cared for.

Our mom lived at Welcome Home ACH for about eleven months and overall, we were very happy with how well she was taken care of. It was incredibly difficult and emotional to move her into full-time care so we waited until we felt certain we found the right place. We chose Welcome Home because it's light filled, spacious and warm, and they are experienced caregivers. Andra is great about quickly responding to any questions or needs. She and the other caregivers worked with us when administering medications to our mom became a challenge and when she lost her ability to walk. Any time I visited she seemed calm and content and I know she enjoyed listening to Darius play the piano and getting visits from Andra and Darius's son. I also like that the residents eat meals together around the table. It feels like a real home which is what you'd want for a loved one.

This home is over the top fabulous. From the beautiful, easily accessible home to the owner and staff. We moved mom from a bigger facility to this home and were blown away at the difference in personal care, attention, food and great communication. Andra and her staff are highly trained on top of being genuine warm and kind humans! We were so moved by their compassion and dedication. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

There aren't enough superlatives to express how wonderful the care at Welcome Home ACH was for my loved one. Andra and her staff were extremely skilled at taking care of her, especially when her needs became more intense as her mental and physical health spiraled downward. We initially chose Welcome Home because the facility is so beautiful and bright with lots of large windows. It's like a "real" home even with a darling toddler and a little puppy running around. When my sister-in-law first moved in, she was so looking forward to spending time with the other residents, watching Trail Blazers games or playing Bingo, or just enjoying conversations during meals. Unfortunately she had an unexpected and severe downturn in her cognitive and physical abilities. Andra and her staff quickly met the challenge of her intense care needs even staying with her around the clock! It was a day-to-day challenge, but they did what was needed to keep her comfortable, safe, and reduce her stress. Whenever I visited, she was always fresh and clean, dressed nicely, hair combed, and looked comfortable in her recliner, and - as things progressed - in her bed. Andra's professionalism and years of experience were of tremendous help to me in dealing with insurance companies and other "paperwork", which can be frustrating in these situations. Andra was always easy to get in touch with via text, phone and email, and she was very good at keeping me informed as to what was going on. If I ever need to be in an adult care home, I would want to be at Welcome Home ACH.

Andra and the staff of Welcome Home are amazing. They go out of their way to make both residents and visitors feel valued and welcome . I have had the good fortune of having two of my loved ones in their care and cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and the quality care and attention they offer residents each and every day. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a peaceful, supportive and positive environment to place a loved one in need of residential care.

I have been a home health RN for 25 years and this ACH is one of the very best I have ever been to. The residents always appear happy and well cared for. I have often heard Adra's husband playing the piano for the resident's. The home is spacious, bright, beautiful, and welcoming. The patient I had here would always tell me how lucky he was to find this place when he realized he could no longer live alone.

My friend Jerry was diagnosed with un-treatable cancer while in the hospital. His only option was to be placed in assisted living or an adult care home. We visited several ACH facilities and Welcome Home we felt was the best one for Jerry. Jerry was a strong man of faith and so are the owners of Welcome home. It was a good fit. Jerry fit in very well and was treated with love and care until his death on December 30th. I highly recommend this facility to anyone whose loved one needs a safe place to live. They will definitely receive good care.

I could not be more impressed with the care and love that flows from this home. And that is what it is, a home. My friend is staying there and it is so peaceful and clean and beautiful. You can tell how amazing the care is and the residents are so content and cared for. Such a blessing.

If you are someone that is in search for top notch care for yourself or a loved one, this is the place. Andra, and her team are some of the most committed, hard working individuals. They go out of their way, to make sure that all needs are met and residents are above and beyond happy with the level of care. A dear friend of mine was recently in the care of Andra and Darius and their staff at Welcome Home. All I can say is WOW! This is not just a job to Andra and Darius, it is a passion. Everything from the facility to the food to the care for patients and communication with family and guardians is top notch. My friend was a hospice patient when he went into the care of Welcome Home and he lived his last days there we could not have found a better place for him to receive the care he needed in his last days.
