My dad chose to live at Royalton Place when he needed to move to assisted living, after having visited his mother-in-law there many times in the past. The facility is clean, modern, and has a friendly non-institutional appearance. Though I never ate there, I do recall some mouth-watering smells coming from the dining room. The staff are very friendly and helpful, from the receptionists to the nurse to the assistants. They went the extra mile to help out during all aspects of my father's stay there. When he went to the hospital for long-term health issues, he couldn't wait to get back to his apartment at Royalton Place. I have to say that now that dad has passed on, I will miss the staff there. Our experience with Royalton Place was very positive.

We checked out this care facility for our mother Annie on line and in person. At every step we were impressed with the quality of the people working there and the soft gentle care that they gave each resident. We would hear the girls say I love you often to all the people there in the memory care wing and by the time mom passed from her dementia, we felt that she had the whole staff family around her and us supporting us to the end. We cannot thank them enough for their wonderful work caring for mom and making us feel welcome in our many visits this past year. We will recommend them to everyone that wants to hear of a good place where you dont have to worry about your loved one being ignored. Special thanks to Christy, Samona, Alexy, Karen and Naomi for their loving care.

Royalton was recently bought by Cascade Living Group this year and they've done an amazing job of upgrading care, training staff, etc. I encourage anyone who's looking to move a loved one into a senior community to check it out!

The staff and caregivers are extremely friendly and caring. I love the games director always super high affinity with all patients and creative. Whoever puts on events is choosing a good mixture of performers, inviting churches, who do a wonderful job. The menus with soup and main dishes are good looking and tasty. The dining area and recess areas always clean and looking nice with flowers. A lemon water stand by reception keeps everybody hydrated. The only negative aspect is the daily sugar desserts at lunch and dinners. For memory care patients especially counterproductive as Alzheimer's disease etc .will worsen tremendously with sugarintake as per latest health research.

I have worked for this amazing company for over 15 years. I needed to write this in response to some negative comments written on one of my sister properties about the company I love and am so proud to be a part of. BPM is owned by Walter Bowen, who is a resident of Portland. This wonderful mans commitment to Senior care is straight from his heart. The people he has entrusted with his legacy on a corporate level share his passion, vision, and are the very best in the Senior living world. I have worked side by side with our corporate team for my entire tenure here and have always been supported by them in a professional yet loving manner. They allow me to grow and thrive while adhering to guidelines put in place to achieve success through integrity of self and company. I have worked in a corporate environment for over 40 years and truly found my home at BPM senior living.

When my mother was ready for assisted living, we were lucky to find Royalton Place. The staff here, from the executive director on down the line, were all caring and attentive to my mother's needs. The facility is beautiful and meals are delicious. Residents are given a chance to engage in various projects, exercise programs, and off-site activities. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be valued and respected.

2 years ago this month my mom was in a really bad situation and my sister and I were forced to take action and so we removed her from her home and brought her to mine. It was a difficult time but I got a hold of Royalton Place,told them the situation and that we needed to get her moved in there just as soon as possible and they did absolutely everything they could and moved her in there in 2 days. Were thankful everyday my mom is there and she has told me time and time again how much she loves it there. They have the most loving caring staff and because its not a large facility there is a real personal touch and the staff knows all the residence have a special interest in each one to take care of each one with gentle loving kindness and caring . They have an amazing staff in the kitchen and dining room who also go out of their way to make each person feel so special and cared for and the food is always always good. I would recommend Royalton Place for anyone whos looking for a place for a loved one or for themselves. They also have the most awesome activities director, Jessica, who is also the one who helped get my mom in. They have so many things for them to do and ongoing activities, outings, get togethers and they make every holiday special. You may think Im exaggerating, it sounds too good to be true, but Im telling you that thats what Royalton is like...it is a very caring place and I would recommend it to anybody without hesitation or qualification.
