The quality of care is slipping and management seems like they're burning out which IS understandable post-covid but when it's your loved ones suffering those consequences, it's hard to maintain that level of patience and understanding. Wouldn't recommend at this point unfortunately.

Don't let the low scores you see below fool you. One of the one-star reviews was based on heresay. My dad stayed here and we were very pleased with the employees and how they treated us and my dad. They never had a problem when 20 of us would show up at family night. We also had my parents 60 wedding anniversary there. The staff is wonderful!

This place has honestly been one of the best places to work! I have one never stayed at one place more than 6 months cause management never really cared, and aren't genuine. But here that's opposite all of the higher up aren't scared to get on the floor and help out when and wherever needed. They're always one call away for anything! They've given out so many opportunities to move up within the company. And honestly they're just always willing to listen and help out work wise or when it comes to personal. I love this place, and don't know what I'd do without them?

Elite care is a wonderful place to work The staff are all great and wonderful people to be around they are all very helpful. The residents that we take care of are all very nice and wonderful people to be around as well. I've got to say that for my fist time working in a care facility this is the best job I have ever had.

Very homey environment. The Elite Care Fanno Creek facility is in a very peaceful setting and as close to being setup as a home as you can imagine. The residents eat as a group and have nice gardening spaces. Residents seem to routinely hang out in common areas together which was important to us as socializing is important to our family member. The individual units are also very nice.

I recently moved my Mom into this community and what a change from her previous senior living situation. My Mom used to sit in her apartment all day and was becoming very depressed and angry. Much of the time she would sleep most of the day and had little interest in meeting with other community residents. There were very few activities available and no attempts were made to get her integrated into the community. I noted an immediate change in my Mom's attitude once she moved into Oatfield Estates. Staff engaged with my Mom and introduced her to other community members and showed her around the grounds. My Mom now participates in bingo sessions, religious services and takes daily walks around the beautiful grounds, which feature several fountains and chickens. All staff at the location are professional, friendly and show a legitimate concern for providing an excellent level of care. The business staff have been very helpful in making my Mom feel welcome and helping me with long term care billing; which has been difficult in the past. The care staff are excellent and very friendly and I feel very comfortable knowing my Mom is being well cared for. The food is even excellent; I really enjoyed the ham and scalloped potatoes served on Easter Day. A+ establishment!

The location and the staff are like no other. They offer a truly dignified alternative to caring with those moving through memory loss. It was the only place we've found, anywhere that allows couples with different needs to live together. Residents have a sense of freedom of movement in safety that is unavailable in traditional memory care facilities.

My mom has been there for years and we love it !!! We walked through the gardens today And picked fresh blueberries raspberries plums apples figs and veggies snap peas...And fed the chickens Lots of activities friendly Professional staff friendly residents Mom really likes it at Oatfield ..I get daily reports on my phone of how mom is doing which is very comforting Mom Has a nice Room of her own close to the kitchen with a cook just like home Mom has had dementia for years and the best thing I have found That helps is Exercise And this is the best place for it that i can imagine because there's others her age she can socialize and have fun with and she feels at home !! My dad was at Helen's House at Oatfield for two years. He loved it there. He had Alzheimers but was able to walk the large property freely and visit the other houses on the property for different types of activities. Each house has it's own vibe and staff. Helen's House has a very caring staff who treat their residents with kindness and care and they have a great cook. The apartments are large and there is ongoing communication from the staff on his care needs. I knew to look for signs of poor care - odors, skin break down, poor dental care, weight loss, irritability, UTIs etc. I didn't see any of that with my dad and the other residents at Helen's House seemed well cared for too. The nurse for Helen's House is on top of things. My dad really loved the caregivers there.

Excellent and lovely campus. Terrific caregiving staff, who in everything they do show skill and sensitivity. Well- managed, responsive, and respectful of residents and their families. The meals are fantastic. There are so many little touches that show how carefully the Elite Care group has planned and designed their communities for the well being of the residents and staff. They excel in dementia care best practices. When I take my precious loved one there, I know he is in good hands as well as entering a bright friendly world. Kudos to all!

I work in the Assisted Living field and have toured this community on several occasions. Each house has it's own dedicate staff, including chef, and the residents are happy and engaged. Jane, the Marketing Director, is passionate and you can tell she loves what she does. This is a great community and it is full of love! Check them out, you wont be disappointed!
