Our experience with Anakalia Estates Adult Care was outstanding! Not only do they offer personalized, experienced, and compassionate caregiving, they make family and friends of residents feel welcome. My father-in-law had Dementia and Parkinson's diseases. We cared for him at home for four years until the until his care needs exceeded our capabilities. A friend recommended we talk to George at Anakalia Estate Adult Care home. We are so glad we did! The love, compassion, and skill of caregiving by George and his family exceeded our expectations. They brought Dad into their family and cared for him as if he were their own family member, Since Dad was mobile, he was with his caregiving family all day. He ate his dinner with them. He enjoyed being with the family as they visited, laughed, and discussed their days. Physical contact was reassuring to Dad. His caregivers often sat and held hands with him or sat side by side with him. They also enjoyed making him laugh or smile. It was touching to our family to see how he enjoyed their company. George and his family of four adult care givers are enthusiastic about the quality of care, and they are experienced and compassionate caregivers. The home is beautiful and clean, with spacious rooms and accessible amenities. Resident rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The food served is delicious and carefully planned to meet dietary needs. Communication between families, visiting nurses, Hospice and doctors are a top priority--ensuring that ensuring that everyone has the information they need. We found the cost of service to be reasonable when compared to the cost of in-home care and adult daycare. We fell in love with George, Nina, Andrea, and Michael. We are so grateful to them for the quality of life they provided for Dad. They are like family to us, and we have continued to visit even though Dad has now passed.

This adult care home is run by the most wonderful and caring people and my Dad was there for several months. He was so well loved and cared for and he was happy and smiling every time we went to see him. They don't just do basic care here, they make their clients a part of their beautiful family. We celebrated his 92nd birthday with him there and it was so beautiful. The home and grounds are gorgeous and the hearts of the owners are unmatched. If you want your loved one to have the best and most loving care, choose this home.

Our Dear Friends, It is impossible to express my sincere gratitude to each of you for the loving care you showered on Marr for the eleven plus months he was in your home. Before he moved in, I thought it would feel strange to visit him at a place called a "foster care home". To my delight I was always to feel welcome, as rest of his family and friends. In spite of our many intrusions and the number of us, you were accommodating and very pleasant. We all remarked on how lovely his room was, and how neat and lovely the rest of your home and gardens were. We felt so lucky to have discovered you. At the first, Marr missed his salty, high-fat diet but soon came to enjoy the personalized good foods and home beverages prepared for him.Those meals, along with medications, supplements, and especially the wit and love that administered them, gave Marr a much longer and more comfortable life than could have expected. It was comforting to know we didn't need to worry about him all those months, and now to know you were beside him as the passed away. Thank you all for everything, including the open invitation to visit in the future. I love you all. You are truly angels! What a wonderful family. God Bless You Always!!!
