My Father, JB, was brought to this facility from a rehab facility for hospice. WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE! First, The facility and his room look high quality, clean & reasonably priced. The other facility was dated & dirty for a fairly similar rate. The other facility also had staff that did not seem to care. It was horribly managed. Our first day there, I asked 4 people about how lunch would work for my father. I got a complete different answer from each person. The staff here at weatherley is amazing! Everyone has a great attitude and most importantly, for me, A great bedside manner! They seem to really care. I have been working with lisa and what a great experience. I highly recommend this facility if you are in a similar situation. Greg Gallagher

My mom needed respite care after a kidney transplant in Portland at OHSU. There were a lot of complications getting her transferred from the rehab in Portland down to a facility in Medford where she could be closer to family and home. The Weatherly was able to facilitate a virtual assessment and interview, determine a baseline level of care, and get all the paperwork together in a very short timeline. They worked diligently to resolve a serious medication issue that was the result of a failure of the rehab in Portland. Once mom was settled in, we saw that the staff was very attentive. They came in to check on her frequently and they were patient and kind. My mom was a difficult and moody, but the Team at Weatherly were always kind and took good care of her. Britany and Jules were tremendously helpful on so many levels. The property is kept extremely clean and tidy and there are lots of nice sitting areas, a great theater, dining room, etc. In summary, The Weatherly is a top tier facility and everyone on the Team was caring, willing to work with our family, and most importantly, seem to like their work. I am happy to recommend The Weatherly.

This is one of my favorite communities. I enjoy the chefs passion for creating new menu items (mostly dessert) and being able to assist with transitions from SNF to ALF/ILF/Memory Care. I have had the pleasure of working with Brittany and it has made this relationship stronger. I enjoy being able to reach out to this community for resources and help when they're not able to accommodate one of my patients needs. Thank you for being a great part of this community.

I'm an RN with Signature Hospice. I frequent this building to visit, evaluate and admit patients onto services. When I came here for the first time, I was so impressed that I made a point to call the facility the next day and give them a kudos. The inside of the building is beautiful, the activities are meaningful and fun. Staff looked nice in appearance, were friendly and helpful. The caregivers that I spoke with actually had information about the residents. And you could tell by their tone and overall demeanor that they cared deeply about the people who lived there. I love partnering with them. I would want my parents to live here.

So, we were quite worried about where to find quality help for my Mom with advanced memory care problems. We looked at and interviewed several before selecting Weatherly Court. We chose them based on staffing, training and the very nice physical facility. They claimed to provide a quality of care that would be beyond others. We hoped they could deliver on most of the promises. Mom moved in on January 13th. We have been with Mom 24 hours a day since her arrival. We have observed many staff interactions with residents and found them truly inspiring. One particular incident had two residents in a verbal altercation in the dining room. Staff was there quickly and defused the situation without either resident feeling disrespected. Additionally, there were several interactions where staff delt with residents, memory challenged, effectively with kindness and not rushed. Any business is only as good as their staff. Two things have stuck out in my mind, 1) There are several staff members available and 2) they are trained and appear competent in the handling of memory challenged loved ones. I'm impressed and am comforted that Weatherly Court will treat my Mom with the love, kindness and respect that are so important to our family. THANKS!!!

Weatherly Court took amazing care of my Dad who had Alzheimer's. When looking at all the other care facilities this place was clearly the best choice. The care givers are very well trained and very caring! The staff always welcomed me and my family whenever we went for visits. I highly recommend Weatherly court!

Weatherly Court embodies everything that a home should feel like for our seniors. Often times assisted living facilities feel like just a facility. That's not the case here. What a beautiful community. Weatherly has the elegance of a spa-like retreat while still feeling like a welcoming home. I was particularly impressed by the dining arrangements which looked like a high-end restaurant. The grounds were serene and everything appeared meticulously run. Brittany and her team were amazing! Thoughtful, compassionate, cooperative, patient, and incredibly supportive during a very difficult situation (making arrangements on short notice and from another state). She provided a detailed virtual tour and worked tirelessly sharing information and processing documents over the phone and email. She made a very stressful time, peaceful and easy and our family is deeply grateful! The community is absolutely beautiful!

Could not have chosen a better facility to move my Mom to, especially with me living in another state and my brothers living in other cities five hours away. People were so patient, kind, helpful and caring. At the end the hospice nurse said of all the places she cared for patients, this is where she would want her parents to live. Such a blessing!

High hopes for Memory Care - beautiful decor with insufficient staff/resident ratios and institutional quality food. Major direct staff turnover including management. Specifics complaints- Unclean resident room (i.e un-emptied trash, meals left in room or not provided at all). Walked in to a smelly room too many times to count. Numerous complaints made to management yet the situation did not improve at all. Moved mother out after only 6 months and waiting to see if they return the "community fee ".

Weatherly is hands down the best community around. It's always clean, food is delicious, and the nurses on staff 24/7 is something you can't find anywhere else in the valley. Do yourself a favor and go check them out.
