My grandmother was a resident at Kinsington and the care staff was truly amazing. I will always remember how kind everyone was when my grandmother was passing. Anytime we asked for assistance transferring her in and out of bed they helped us out and I really appreciated them doing the things me and my family just could not do for her. It was a very emotional time for me and my family and the caregivers shed tears with us. I am grateful for Kinsington and all the care staff that work there.

While I found the caregivers at Kinsington to be helpful and kind, the front office was cold and indifferent. I had always hoped the office could spend one day working in the cottages to see for themselves how hard it is to care for the physical and emotional health of the residents. One day changing diapers and trading salaries would probably do a lot to improve the attitude of the administration. When my husband died, I never heard a word of condolence. The only contact I had was a rather terse call stating I should hurry up and clear out his room. If you decide to place your loved one at Kinsington, the caregivers will be there but the front office will ignore or condescend to you. Good luck.

This place is amazing. The 5 below reviews are from the same person/family and are all false reviews. I am on the other side of the family and we had a great experience. These reviews should not be considered as they are just trying to belittle this great place. This place is very clean and the staff is awsome. 100% recommend

I was the POA for my Mother that I put into kinsington in July. I am very happy with how they took care of My Mom. When I would go visit with Mom she would always tell me how happy she was there and how clean it was and how many friends she had there. The staff was always so good to her and the administration was so helpful to me as I worked very hard to get her there they stood by my side. When it came time that my Mom was to pass the Hospice group was very compassionate. One of the last days Mom asked that visitors be limited cause she didn't feel well and was getting very weak. It was not Kinsington that limited the number it was My Mom. Her family would come 8 to 10 at a time and that got to be to much for her. I feel Kinsington was the best place I could have put my Mom and If I had to do it again I would. Thank you to all staff members of Kinsington. One last thing hours had to be limited also so the rest of her family could be by her side to. Kinsington was very respectful of that.
