Avoid this place at all costs.the staff do not care and they give you the cheapest food they can.To make matters worse they have a nasty new York pervert CNA working there named [name removed] .that guy is a real piece of healthcare trash That needs to be fired and kicked to the curb.Nurses and caregivers do this all the time, it's called boundary violations and is subject to license revoked on Birdeye

The staff really care about residents. They take time to get to know each one personally. The health and fitness area with gym and full Olympic-sized pool is clean and easy to access. The food is good with a home style comfort feel.

Everyone was very helpful and patient with my dad who suffered a stroke, fell and broke his hip. The staff ( manager,marketing director,nurse )made us feel welcome like no other place we looked into. The programs offered are great and the nurse was through to be sure he would get the care he needs. I cant say enough great things. I would definitely reccomend this wonderful place to people looking for a assisted living facility for their parent(s)....james

My parents have lived here for 3 years. The staff is wonderful, and the atmosphere is family-like. There is a strong sense of community. During my mother's final days last December, the care giving was beyond exceptional - personal, loving, consistent and constant. I would recommend Avamere Assisted Living to anyone for their family member.

Staff here are very friendly, other residents welcome you in. Community is pretty and has fun activities. It is nice to have all levels of care at one place and not have to move again.

Hi I am a new employee at Avamere Assisted living. So far I am amazed by the compassion and care that the employees give their residents,as well as such a joy it is to see such happy residents.I believe that this is a great place to work and live. I will strive to help continue to make Avamere assisted living an even better place to be! I HIGHLY recommend anyone to come in and tour our facility.

My wife and I have lived 3 years and we are very pleased with Waterford from the Administration to the care staff to the other residents it is truly like a family and we couldnt be happier. We will definitely continue to recommend Waterford to our friends and family.

Angels are among us. They bring comfort, strength & healing. They work at the Waterford! Papa passed on Jan. 11,2016 & Momma went to meet him on March 20,2016. Christy Cruse, Autumn,Tammy, Erica, Lorraine, Tori,,Jennifer & many others whose names escape me at the moment, THANK YOU so much for all your compassion & support during this difficult time.

I would not recommend this facility at all....my insurance was billed for my physical therapy and I also had to pay In Advance what they figured my insurance company would not cover,. They assured me that they would refund any $ if I over paid...I have been trying for 6 months now to recover my over payments ...no one will return my call nor refund my money. I am highly dissatisfied with how I have been treated.
