Such a lovely building. The staff were attentive to needs while I visited. I enjoy the open area to move about and the Bistro, Fireside Room and Grand Piano to play. I was able to sing with the clients and found them so enjoyable to be around.

I am very disappointed in how the management treated me after my wife died in their facility. They charged me for 14 days of care and rent after she passed. They also ordered 3 months of insulin, then changed how they administered the insulin, then ordered 3 more months of the new insulin and did not return the first order to the pharmacy for a refund. When ask about it, they told me tough luck. Do not expect them to give your loved one the best of care. When my wife contracted covid, they called in hospice and did not make any attempt to get my wife to eat. She basically starved to death. Then they had the gall to send me a bill for one day of rent, 8 months after my wife passed.

I am so blessed with being a member of an awesome team!!! I started at Pacifica 3 years ago as the Activity director!! What an awesome job, go to work and have fun everyday and bring joy to peoples lifes!! What gets better than that you might think?? I will tell you to run a kitchen and cook amazing meals everyday!! I have always believed the way to a heart is through the stomach, I love bringing joy through cooking for people I love!!! It is a holiday everyday cooking for my big family!!

Where do I start, the best parts about this place are the residents, the kitchen staff, the LPN and the activities director. The Executive Director is lazy and doesn't answer her phone during emergencies, The RCC plays favorites with her kids and their friends who work here. The staff are constantly talking about each other behind their backs, when a complaint is made about another staff it's not investigated and negative action is taken without actually investigating for the truth. If you're looking for a potential job here I would recommend looking somewhere else. This facility has lost a lot of good caregivers because of the actions of a few managers.

They take excellent care of my mom. They are loving and supportive and probably the best memory care facility around. Mom had to be in rehab for a short time and they came to visit her and support us as the rehab facility was horrible. They didnt care about the patients and it was dirty and smelled of urine. 45 minutes to answer a call light ridiculous. The director even came to visit. Mom is finally back home at Pacifica for which we are so grateful. When they say this is s family they mean it. The love is unconditional and support amazing. Great place to take your family member to because it is home.

I have worked at Pacifica for 4+ years now and Im not sure I can imagine doing anything else. I love these people both residents and co workers alike. They are like a second family to me. Going to work doesnt feel like work when you are so happy to be there. We are all a bunch of characters here at Pacifica McMinnville but I think we are the best kind.

I put my dear father at Osprey Court, which became Brookdale McMinnville Westside, December 31, 2008. He enjoyed a lovely experience there until he passed at age 100 this past February, 2016. If you want a loving staff, attentive to your loved one, who are each and everyone a dear person, then this is the place you want your loved one to be. I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff was throughout the past 7 years almost 8. My father was loved and so cared for. Not just when I was there.They knew his needs and met or exceeded them. They called me to keep me informed at all times. It was obvious that it was a mutual friendship. They are so aware of how to stimulate the mental capacities of those with dementia, and offer such wonderful activities (Ashely!). Over the years, the name has changed, and some staff, but there is a constant presence of staff who have been there from the opening date. Always and ever wonderful and knowledgeable and waiting to care for your loved one. Amen for the Angels that care for those we cannot care for in our own homes. You will be rewarded in many ways. Joeda Simonsen,the Executive Director and the rest of the staff stand shoulder to shoulder with you in the care of your loved one.
