The 10th of this month was my 1 year anniversary with Rosewood Specialty Care, and I could not have picked a better place to work after graduating college. I absolutely love the team I get to work with. The Care staff does an amazing job they love each an every resident just as if they were there own family member you can tell that they love what they do. I love that I am able to come to work every day and give my residents a good quality of life by providing them with life enriching activities. Being a Life Enrichment Coordinator at Rosewood Specialty Care is one of the most rewarding jobs. 5 stars

I have been with Rosewood specialty care for almost a year and I have enjoyed my time here. Our executive director is so supportive of continuing education for our staff member; creating good team bonding and wonderful staff members. Our caregivers and medication aids have wonderful connection to our residents allowing for individual care. Our activities director has created a wonderful program for our residents and even to include our staff to have an opportunity to enjoy. The highest compliments I receive from families is how good our food is and I know I always enjoys food. I am proud to say I am apart of the Rosewood specialty care team.

We are brand new to Rosewood, but they were so very kind and helpful to us as we moved our mama in and entrusted her to their care. No place is perfect, not even being at home, which was no longer safe for Mom. We are counting on Rosewood for continued loving care for our Mom.

The staff really make this a great place! Additionally its a wonderful home like setting for your loved one. The caregivers are here because they really like what they do. Fantastic volunteers like Ms. Pam also provide enrichment. Its really a loving memory care community. Activities include raised bed gardens, countryside rides, field trips to farms for pumpkin picking, or even high tea. Groups come in and hold Church for those who wish to participate, and various musical guests are scheduled to provide listening or sing along opportunities. My mother has great quality of life within this setting. 5 stars
