The staff and caregivers are very professional. They are caring and kind and compassionate to their residents. They listen to our questions, and provide timely answers. The staff is respectful and helpful. The facility is very clean and well kept. We thank Sunnyside Meadow's for all they do for their residents and the excellent care they provide for my brother.

My mom recently moved into Sunnyside Meadows Memory Care. The whole experience from the first call to move-in day, I felt respected & assured that my mom was joining a caring community. The facility is clean, comfortable, & stylish. My mom & her fellow residents are engaged in a wide variety of activities throughout the day. Their staff is cheerful & tenacious while advocating for their residents. I trust them to provide her with the caregiving she needs while holding space for her independence as well.

After being rushed into the wrong memory care home (before we found Sunnyside Meadows), our Mom had extreme anxiety and paranoia, she would sit with her suitcase packed by the door of the first home. It was heartbreak upon heartbreak in an already unbearable sad turn of events for her mental and physical health. Luckily via her PCP, we were connected with Sunnyside Meadows. We toured a few other facilities first and I can't emphasize enough the difference in the quality of the facility, the people, and most importantly the calm and comfortable feeling of the place. It was a unanimous resounding YES for Sunnyside Meadows for me and my brothers. We made the right decision, my Mom's cognitive decline combined with heart failure was complicated and confusing for her. She was treated with such dignity and care, and most importantly she was calm and happy. My family always felt so comfortable and welcome to come spend long visits in this beautiful facility. My brothers even threw her a special birthday party on the beautiful patio. When it came time for hospice care, Sunnyside worked hand in hand with Bristol and she had a peaceful transition surrounded by her family. Sorry to be so long winded, but I would have been so grateful to know the quality of Sunnyside before we had my Mom placed in the wrong facility. The last time I visited her at Sunnyside Meadows she was smiling and calm and told me in conversation "I'm on vacation!" That is how this place made her feel. Thank you Sunnyside Meadows team, the Rasmussen family is very grateful.

I have been an employee at Sunnyside for almost three years., and I have been impressed with the quality and organization I've experienced as part of the team. The residents appear to be happy and they are getting the best quality of care possible. I am proud to be a part of this team that contributes to providing a fulfilled and meaningful life to our residents. As an employee, I find Sunnyside to be a happy place that I consider to be my second home.

I moved my father into Sunnyside Meadows in November of 2021 and it happened quite urgently, as his behavior in assisted living was getting dangerous for himself. I spoke with 7 different memory cares, toured 4, and decided on Sunnyside. The facility was clean, bright, had a good layout, and had one of the more active activity calendars (including two outings per week). I should point out that my dad is in his early 60s and aside from dementia is still quite healthy and very, very, active. Sunnyside also had a few other residents about my dads age and speed, which other places did not. Jessica, the Executive Director, was great about answering all my questions and explaining the process. Cynthia, the head RN, met with my father for the assessment and less than a week later my dad was moved into Sunnyside. They have been very accommodating for anything big or small and worked with me with some behavior problems my dad was experiencing. The other big perk of Sunnyside is the Providence Elderplace (PACE) program, which is essentially fully integrated healthcare. Elderplace will shuttle and escort my dad up for appointments and they also have regular visits to Sunnyside so that the residents don't have to leave. They will also video call me for his appointments so that I can attend without physically having to be there. Choosing the right Memory Care home is a very personal decision and what works for one person may not work for another, but for my family Sunnyside has been a wonderful home for my dad and given me peace of mind knowing he's safe and happy.

After looking at many different options, I chose this place because it is very clean, spacious and smells good. My Dad has been there for a little over a year now. I never worry about him any longer because I know he is safe and well taken care of. All the aids seem to love where they work and it shows in the care they take with all the residents. That means a lot to the families.
