** Do yourself a favor and run, don't walk away from this facility ** Pass on this center, if you or your family member(s) aren't covered under Providence Health Care plan. Mt. View's director/staff has no initiative to provide the minimal basic service to residence and their families that choose to keep their insurance that they had when first arriving at Mt. View. They are completely incompetent, unprofessional, and will overwhelm you with miscellaneous calls / texts / emails on a daily basis, seeking information that has already been provided to them weeks prior. Not to mention, you will receive pictures via text messages of your love-one's bed accidents. The fact that Mt. View implemented improvements off of various general questions (issuing monthly invoices) is a testament of how unorganized and dysfunctional this facility was long before my family ever arrived (arrived OCT24 and departed Dec24). If I could, I would give ZERO stars, but the system will not allow.
