Beautiful facility, amazing staff!!

Its better than a nursing home, so I cant complain to much. I wish they had more one on one time. It has good and bad times . The food isnt the greatest. I love the activities they have. Lots of arts and crafts, games, and socialism. There is housekeeping and laundry once a week unless things happen.

The abject neglect at Liberty Pointe Gresham has become worse to the level of intolerable. On a 2 hr. turn schedule 40 min. late is common and up to an hour and a half does occasionally occur 4 or 5 times a week. Showers or bedbaths and daily hygiene is routinely refused to us.While this concept format is excellent in theory, the extreme acuity level makes its staffing ratio incapable of providing base level care. Qualify of life is affected and the rush to leave by the staff feel permeates.
