I am saddened to inform you that Courtyard Fountains will steal your money if you allow them access to your loved ones bank account. They withdrew two months rent from my mother's account AFTER she had moved out. They replaced one month. They will not replace the other. My phone calls have gone unanswered. It is frightening to think that a facility we trust with our loved ones would steal from them. I recommend that you stay away from this place.

We were very pleased with our tour(s). On our first tour we concentrated on seeing the apartments. Anne was so pleasant and spent the time we needed to get many questions answered. We never felt rushed or that we were taking too long. On our 2 Nd tour we spent time looking at the amenities and discussing the dining options. Again Anne took the time with us that we needed. I again asked lots of questions and Anne either had the answers or know who to ask to get the answers. We feel like the Courtyard Fountains will be a great place to live.

When I came to visit the first time, I found a most cordial reception from Anne Whitlock, with Community Relations and she introduced me to Ryan Bethke, Sales Director. I was immediately and still am most impressed with the professional joyfulness and willingness to make Courtyard Fountains fit their residents needs. And this does not end after you have moved into your apartment. The promptly scheduled appointment that morning, included a tour that allowed me to walk comfortably with my walker. I was immediately able to visit residents apartments who had previously offered to allow this wonderful opportunity for interested couples, widows and widowers, singles who were both handicapped and walking without concern. I was so pleased to be able to move into a lovely apartment in approximately a month. There are fantastic opportunities for activities and a beautiful restaurant-style dining area with exquisite meals. I have wonderful expectations of continued growth and wonderful experiences during my retirement years here with a most professional staff! Oh! and most important are the kind, caring and friendly residents too. When staff members or residents mention that they have been here for 7-8 years -- it is quite easy to understand why and you know you have found the right place. Thank you Courtyard Fountains Retirement Residence. I Love It Here!

The first Authors' Expo was a truly enjoyable experience - a relaxing environment in which to visit and exchange ideas with readers and other authors while book browsing and munching on hors d'oeuvres. Delightful people! And it didn't hurt that it was a beautiful, sunny day.

As a writer, I have been invited multiple times to Courtyard Fountains' author-reader meet-and-greet- events. The fact that this facility has such a program is outstanding. The residents are happy and engaged. I would love to live there myself.

I even met a reader who will be a resource for my writing research. A very good afternoon for all involved.

I attended the first annual Authors Expo as an author and was completely overwhelmed by the excellent arrangements. What a wonderful program. My hat is off to Anne Whitlock and the staff for creating this event. I was able to sell my novels, meet old friends and fellow writers, and had a very enjoyable day. I have worked there for almost a year and, I can honestly say that I am so so happy. The staff, especially the Administrators, make it a wonderful place to work. They've are so supportive and, no matter how busy they are, they will always take time to listen or answer any questions you may have. The Residents "Make my day." Took a tour with my mother. Huge place, difficult for someone with mobility issues to get around. Beautiful grounds. Lovely people. Nice choice if you are independent and can afford it. Decided against it because of no contract with medicaid.

I've been visiting Jerry for several years and recently I have been spending more time with him at the Courtyard assisted living center. Amazing staff. Bill has selected people like Sue who really go way beyond taking care of the needs with heartfelt compassion and love. Very impressive. Also, the meals are excellent.

No one gives up their home, their independence and their privacy without a fight, least of all my dad. He moved from Indepentdent Living, which he liked very much, to Assisted Living and it took the staff all of three days to completely win him over! They are all wonderful. Always smiling and will do everything possible to accommodate the wants and needs of the residents. I am so lucky to have my dad in such a safe and friendly place.

I spoke at the Courtyard Fountains Senior Living community last week and had a lovely time. The environment was warm, welcoming and kind. I felt comfortable and at home as soon as I arrived. I spent the afternoon engaged in interesting conversation with thoughtful residents from a variety of backgrounds and life experiences. It was the most meaningful afternoon of my month, and I was honored to be invited to speak to such a wonderful community.

I have visited many similar facilities in the area and have never been as impressed as I am with Courtyard Fountains. We have friends living here and everyone including guest feels welcome, engaged, valued, and safe. My wife and I have dined there on several occasions and have the food to be on the same level as any high end restaurant. The staff is always available and very helpful. I am excited about all Courtyard Fountains offers to help keep us busy and engaged. There is so much going on there that I could never mention it all so visit them to see for yourself. All the staff are great but one lovely young lady really stands out. Ann, will show you around and never pressures you at any corner. Go visit them, tell Ann that Steve Butler sent you. Who knows I might get a discount. A note about some of the other places around our area. I asked one resident if she liked living at (I wont say the name) and she said yea, if you like sitting around looking out the window counting cars. Also I found other friends at the same unnamed place stocking their own kitchen because the meals were just to nursing home. Not a problem at Courtyard Fountains. I am on the waiting list.

Myself and a friend have been attending classes through Mt. Hood Community College at Courtyard Fountain. We make soaps, lotions, shampoos, and much more. They are very fun classes. Courtyard Fountains gracefully lets us use their facilities. The place is great and well taken care of.

I am a resident who has been here 7 months so far and find this place absolutely wonderful!!! The staff go over and above to do anything and everything they can to make this my home!!! They are great!!! There are wonderful community areas both big for socializing and cozy for a few close conversations with friends.. and the food is great with a lot of variety. And the gym is well equipped and the library has at least "a million" books to read anytime. There are all kinds of activities and outings but if you want to just be independent and out and about doing things on your own it is in a great location for someone with a car or using the bus system. I can't say enough good things about living here!!!

Our mother has lived in Independent Living for 1 year and we have loved watching her thrive in her new community with all of her wonderful friends. The staff are truly amazing and are always willing to make sure she is well taken care of. The dining staff are fantastic, and it's just amazing to see how well they really get to know the residents.....making sure their favorite items are always brought to the table without the resident ordering!!!! Meagan and Tyler are our very favorite servers and we always look forward to seeing them when we come to visit. Ryan and Anne in the Community Sales department are the most amazing people at Courtyard Fountains. They made our mother's transition from Independent Living to Assisted Living recently as easy and unstressful and possible. They made every effort to make sure we had all assistance available to us, and showed an extreme amount of compassion. We will always remember what a wonderful community we have chosen for our mother, and know she will always thrive here. We would HIGHLY recommend this community to anyone who truly wanst to see their parents happy in their final years. Thanks you so much for all you do! We love all of the staff here.

I've worked here since 1/6/15 on the assisted living side as a part time med aide, the staff are super, the administrators work tirelessly to assure the residents needs are met & go over and beyond expectations! Our parents were some of the first residents at The Courtyard Fountains and lived there for 14 years. They investigated and visited several communities before making the decision to move there after downsizing from a large four bedroom home to a roomy two bedroom condo. This was one was of the kindest and most thoughtful gifts they gave us, as we knew they were living in safe, wonderfully kept, and well managed community, where help was always available and they were proud to invite family or friends over eat (health and good food in a lovely surrounding). Their apartment was comfortable and homey, the staff was always friendly, warm and caring, and Mary, a key manager, has a rare combination of compassion and managerial skills in working with the staff and residents. As our parents aged we felt a great sense of peace knowing they were in a safe community, which they enjoyed and provided transportation for stores and doctors, opportunities for outings, daily activities along with frequent special social events and new friends, who became treasured old friends. Yes, like any place there were changes through the years, which were some times difficult for them to accept, as will be the case in any similar community. In each case, Mary and her staff try to make the transition as easy as possible, and in each case everything worked out. The Courtyard Fountains continues to be an excellent home and community and I strongly recommend you check it out before making one of the most important decisions in your life.
