I was at Prestige for 2 weeks. I was apprehensive at first, but quickly put at ease. I was disappointed to have a roommate, but she proved to be a sweet lady and we got along great. The staff was unfailingly responsive, professional and very respectful. It can be hard to hang on to one's dignity when someone else has to help you clean up, but everyone was so caring. Once in a while there was a bit of a wait, but overall they were there when I needed them. The food seemed to suit my palate. I literally never had a meal I didn't like. They offer many options on hand if the entree isn't what you want. Portions are more than adequate, and kitchen staff was great about fulfilling special requests. For instance, I prefer whole milk to 2%, and I got whole milk when I asked for it. The place is clean and well-maintained. PT and OT staff worked with me consistently, and i met my goals and got jome in a timely manner. And when I did have a down or sad moment, the staff was very sweet and caring. I miss some of them! I say if you are placed here, you have hit a home run. Great staff, good food, decent roommate. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

I give this facility 3-1/2 to 4 stars. I was sent here followinng a 2 week hospital stay. My physicians and other caregivers felt that I needed more intensive nedical care and rehab/therapy than the assisted living facility where I'd been living could provide.i will however make some suggestions based on my observations and experiences here. Overall. The staff is stellar. Caring and responsive. But There are a few inconsistencies and some areas that could use improvement. The old adage that the left hand sometimes doesn't know what the right hand is doing applies. I feel the care provided could be.and should provide more coordinated care. There are times when it takes an extensive amount of time to respond to a call light. Perhaps more caregivers or better coordination and timing during peak times like shift changes and meals . And improved communication and scheduling all around,

Iam a resident here and i have to say the staff here is great iam well taken care of here not everyone is going to have the best things to say about a nursing home but here your family regardless of the occasional miss understand and miss communication between dr and resident but if theres a mess up its fixed right away no excuses they have a verry caring director kayla and great DNS support social workers eh any way great place CNA'S ARE GREAT AS WELL

As an 88 year old retired physician, I recently spent two weeks in the care of the professional staff at Marquis Rehabilitation and Care Center Forest Grove, recovering from a fractured pelvis. I could not be more pleased and grateful for the compassionate care I received day and night from the hard working, short staffed professionals. The nursing staff were caring and competent, as were the IT and OT staff, all of whom were focussed upon getting me well again. Special thanks to senior RN Mary, who brings a wealth of wisdom and kindly good nursing to her position, and the several delightful young CNA's who made my stay that much more comfortable and rewarding. Poor follow through. Administrator not willing to help "rehab" patient with proper equipment/chair, stating "it's our" policy. I came in after a head on accident with a semi, multiple fractures and limited movements and in order to be out of the bed for more than an hour I need a comfortable reclining chair. She refused stating I had a w/C that reclined. I can only be in W/C for an hour until painful . Part of rehab is to make sure you can feel as normal as possible and the administration was unwilling to help with this. Don't come here to rehabilitate if you have a complicated case. It also took her 7 days to see me and she promised she'd be back end of day to let me know. She did not and I had to call facility from me room to reach her. I

Recently my brother stayed at Forest Grove Rehabilitation Center for 2.5 months. I really appreciated the caring, kind and attentive staff, as well as the administration. Everyone was very professional and communicative. I felt my brother was very well cared for, and I would highly recommend this location. Thank you Forest Grove Rehabilitation Center!

My grandmother is 96 years old. She has experienced multiple rehabs over the years. This is hands down the very best! None of them come even close to the care she is getting here! I have never heard her rave about the caregivers, the food, the respect she is given, and the overall feeling of the place. She would love to move here if she could.

Our aunt spent her final days here. It was a blessing for her to be where an amazing staff took such good care of her. We would not have wanted her anywhere else. Words can not express the thanks we have for Forest Grove Rehab.
