What a pleasure it is to work with Andy and Carol Mosman from Right At Home! They and their entire team are customer focused in all they do. A couple examples of this: they allow for two hour home care sessions. Many home care agencies require three or four hour sessions. Right At Home also adjusts to client's changing needs and even provides bedbound and end of life care for their clients. To accommodate families in need of quick service for their loved ones, they have same day or next day assessments available. One of the reasons Right At Home provides such high levels of care is because they work hard to hire experienced care givers that love what they do. Right At Home also works closely with outside providers to ensure that their client's needs are met as additional services are needed. Most seniors want to age in place and receive the care they need at home. Right At Home is an excellent team of people to take care of your loved one at home, where they feel loved and want to be.

RAH has been wonderful with their flexible timing and hours. We were able to keep Mom in her apartment another year with their short visits for meds. And her caregivers have been excellent, and very caring. We don't need the care for her anymore but she so loves the caregivers that we have continued to have them visit.

We moved my mom who has dementia from across the country to Eugene the end of March. I searched for care givers to help me take care of Mom even before her arrival, and RAH Eugene was awesome, working out all the details for me to have help immediately, even before they met Mom in person. They provided the help I needed to get much needed personal breaks for four months while we waited to get Mom into an assisted living facility. RAH Eugene communicated well with me, and always provided back up care givers when scheduled ones needed to cancel. Special thanks to Carol, Andy, Doone and Jessica in the office, and two awesome care givers, Margo and Shirley. I highly recommend this company!

Right At Home has been wonderful for my mother. The caregivers really connect with her, and make her food she eats. They are experienced at recognizing her needs and problems she may be having. Their office staff always answers the phone and is very helpful with setting up rides and other needs. I highly recommend them.

I am an industry professional and I have made countless referrals to Right at Home for the residents living in the community I work in. One thing I appreciate the most about Right at Home is their acknowledgement of the fact that it is often an urgent situation. The staff are very prompt in conducting their evaluations and filling out the paperwork, so my residents get the help they need sooner rather than later. They are responsive if ever there are issues, and I genuinely appreciate partnering with the owners and staff employed by Right at Home Eugene.

My mom seems to really enjoy the staff who attend her. This is a great company that cares for clients at our particular senior living facility. Its nice that because they have multiple clients here they can work on 15 minute increments instead of usual 3-4 or even 8 hour minimum. That is really helpful in my mothers case in that she doesn't need a lot of time at once in order to otherwise live a fairly independent life. The staff also communicate well and check in regularly to see if things are going well for client and family expectations. They seem to be willing to be flexible and find solutions when unusual circumstances arise. It is always a pleasure to speak with them on the phone and when we need to make changes. Thank you Right At Home- you're doing a wonderful and needed job.

My parents have had the pleasure of having Jennifer and Leah as caregivers since the spring of 2021. Both Jennifer and Leah are attentive, responsible and give great care and friendship. They have big hearts and I know that my parents are well taken care of - which helps ease any concerns since I do not live close by. We consider them part of the family.
