When looking for a senior community for my mother I recently toured Prestige Senior Living West Hills as they came highly recommended by others. I met with the executive director who took the time to give me a complete comprehensive tour of the facility. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all questions I had assuring me that my mother would be in the best hands. During the tour not only did I see the residents’ rooms I was also invited to have a wonderful lunch of BBQ chicken that was amazing. I also met with the RN who I found to be an extremely caring individual who explained all the nursing needs that my mother would need including some I didn’t even think of. The only reason I did not chose Prestige Senior Living West Hills was I found a place that’s closer to my home. If I was closer my mother would be living there instead of the community I found.

As a nurse I can tell you that Prestige has a great facility. The staff are wonderful and the place is clean (it doesn’t smell like a nursing home!). I visit a friend there and I can say he is in better heath now than when he was at home! I can honestly say that Prestige is the best in town!!

My brother, a stroke patient, went to live here to heal his brain. The personnel at Prestige have been very helpful to aid him in his healing. If I have to ask them for help they are there. Thank you Tomena, Jon, and Travis especially. It is an assisted living facility with a heart.

My mother-in-law moved to West Hills over a year ago from a beautiful home she built on the coast and she has never looked back. She feels nothing but gratitude for the caring staff and the special attention she receives there. She really couldnt be happier. Ive been very pleased with the executive director who took charge at a difficult time just as our world locked down at the beginning of the pandemic. He keeps families well informed with a weekly video update.

I am not sure what we would have done with out Prestige. They made room for my Dad when we couldnt find anywhere for him a few years ago. He could not longer take care of himself at his retirement home and shortly after the passing of my Mom I was staying with him and caring for him while also working full time. Prestige took us under their wing and helped us make sure our Dad was safe. He had to live in another town for awhile and then as soon as we could he was moved close to us in Corvallis. Since then, we have been blessed to know he is in good hands. Since the COVID lock down it has been very hard. Prestige employees have been working hard to make sure our Dad has what he needs and is safe. As a nurse, I know that being a care giver is challenging and things arent always perfect. I still know that my Dad is in a place that cares, regardless of these trying times. The Director Travis is so kind and caring also! I would highly reccomend this place for a family member.

My Mom has lived at Prestige Senior Living West Hills for over 3 years now. She turned 90 years old on February 2nd! This has been a great home base for her. Many people, activities and caring staff. Exactly what the doctor ordered.

My mother is currently living at Prestige West Hills, and we could not be happier. Her apartment is lovely, bright and open with a readily-available maintenance crew to keep things running well. The medical staff is top-notch and caring. In addition, West Hills is located in a charming rural area of Corvallis with a sheep farm adjacent to the property. When COVID is behind us, it will be even better!

This is a phenomenal place to work, with an excellent management team and dedicated care staff. Last week our sister community in Medford had to evacuate their residents from the fire. Many of them came here, and I got to see our team really in action. With our staff working overtime we saw everyone settled in and taken care of. Time and time again Ive seen our team rise to the occasion, overcoming whatever challenges are presented to provide the highest quality of care and service to our residents. Proud to be Prestige.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at West Hills. I toured, enjoyed a delicious meal. The staff were very attentive to the needs of the people who lived at this lovely building. It was hard to not put my parent here but I chose a facility that was closer to my work place.

I recently moved my parents into West Hills. The people here are wonderful and have gone above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They follow through on their promises and commitments which is very important to us. We had lunch today and thurally enjoyed our meal. They have been wonderful throughout this process. We looked at many places and found this community to be the most compatent in their delivery of services and follow up. Thank you again!

West Hills is a fantastic and loving community that treats it's seniors well. I have only great things to say about the staff every time I walk in. The food is great, the events are fun and the views are perfect.

I attended an OSU basketball game and struck up a conversation with someone in line getting popcorn. I noticed she had her name tag on from Prestige West Hills. I asked if she forgot to take her name tag off and she said that she was there with residents from her building. I was really impressed that this place brought their residents to an evening game. It looked like they were all really enjoying themselves. Its nice to see their residents being involved with events in Corvallis and at OSU.

The best assisted living community in the Corvallis area by far. The care is the focus and the community itself is well taken care of. I highly recommend when a loved one is in need of a little help or big time oversight as the residents live vibrantly here in the safest part of town.

I could not be more impressed; The staff at Prestige has continually gone out of their way to make my family feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of. Robin, Ryan, Karen, Jane, Rilee, and everyone else has each displayed incredible humanity and love for my father - and the rest of the great people living here. I was sold on the first visit.
