I’ve been to Millview many times in a client advisory capacity and am impressed with the level of care they provide for our senior clients with dementia. They have a seamless admission protocol which is appreciated. They recently added a wonderful addition to their staff. Diona Browning has been working there as the new Sales and marketing director. The original marketing director was wonderful as well and is still with the company in a different position. She is new at Millview however, she is not new to this position. I have worked with her several times over the last few years. She is a wonderful resource and kind caring and competent advocate in working with my clients and their families. She is such a valuable asset in the industry and Millview is fortunate to have her.

My mother has lived here for almost 4 years now. We have all had our ups and downs with her Alzheimers and the people that work here are saints to say the least. Angel and Nycol are the backbone of this caring group of humans. My mother tells me every time I come to visit: "These people are so nice and take such good care of me." She doesn't remember everything, but she knows she is SAFE and cared for above all else.

We’ve been very pleased with the care at Mill View. The residents are treated really well and the facility is always clean and welcoming. Angel and Zachary have been helpful and friendly from day one. All of the staff we have met, including the kitchen and caregivers, have allowed us to feel comfortable and grateful to have our family member here. Thank you for all that you do.

The degree of compassion among the staff is amazing!! Whether it is caretakers or kitchen staff or housekeeping, everyone seems to know each resident’s name and personality. My husband feels loved and safe here. Kimberly, the new dietician was very responsive and proactive to my request for more fresh fruits and veggies to be served. She listened and responded. She seems very eager to develop menus that are nutritious and good tasting. I am so glad we found this safe haven for my SweetLewie.

The Mill View team is like a big family! Their staff is incredibly focused on small details that impact the success of the business. Their community is so elegant and impressive with tremendous value for what is provided. My mother and I visited Mill View today and were blown away by their marketing director knowledge of how to help seniors choose a senior living community. She and Angel were gracious hostesses who knew every resident by name and showcased all their exciting new renovations, and beautifully designed community. It was an excellent visit and a tremendous help.

My uncle has been here since July 2021. He passed away there earlier this week. The executive director never gave her condolences to my parents after he passed. She was more concerned with us getting his things out! When my husband and I went to get his things 2 days later, we interacted with 4 people. None had name tags or introduced themselves. And NONE gave their condolences either. Pathetic. Additionally, they moved him to an end of life room without informing any of his family. Beware!

We have been visiting here for the past 6 months. We’ve gone to other facilities the past year for respiratory and physical therapy but decided to go to the best place we could find. The nurses and staff have been amazing. I had hesitated due to the distance but we sure are happy with the results here. They are improving greatly and they also have activities to get them out of their rooms. The building is really nice and clean to visit outside with your loved ones, also plenty of staff to help care for your loved one.

If a family member has a need for memory care, this is the place to check out in Bend. Talk with Angel, Ashley, Nycol, Lisl, Colby, and meet the amazing caregivers (Jessie, Danika, and so many others), including the watchful, attentive cleaning staff. Joe in the kitchen is a super caring, quality human. Jenny and Alexis, med aides, are hard working angels. Tammy, the hairdresser, is a super sweet friend to all of her clients. Take a walk in the lovely backyard area and have a listen to Joe, their extraordinary pianist. The facility is nice, but *the people* are the kindest, most generous, loving souls. They will be there for you and your loved one on the journey forward. And that is absolutely everything, when needed.

First of this is Jeff making the post not Tammy. Went to have turkey lunch with mom yesterday. I must say I was totally impressed. From the personallized seating , and the staff. They were awesome. It was so great to see families back together, smiling,talking taking pictures. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, angel,Ashely, nichol and staff. Oh I didn’t forget my boys in the kitchen, u nailed it.

My mom moved into The Arbor six months ago during the pandemic, which was not an ideal time to say the least! Angel, Nycol and the rest of The Arbor staff made the process a smooth one. They made sure to keep my dad and the rest of our family informed on what was going on with my mom and reassured us about her care. This is our only experience with a memory care community and it has been a wonderful one. For a decision that was extremely hard to make for my mom, we feel blessed to have her live at The Arbor.
