We have been visiting here for the past 6 months. We've gone to other facilities the past year for respiratory and physical therapy but decided to go to the best place we could find. The nurses and staff have been amazing. I had hesitated due to the distance but we sure are happy with the results here. They are improving greatly and they also have activities to get them out of their rooms. The building is really nice and clean to visit outside with your loved ones, also plenty of staff to help care for your loved one.

This cozy cabin like assisted living seems like a wonderful place. I love the fireplace and outdoor patio area surrounded the the tall pine trees. A must tour site if in the market for an assisted living community.

The Mill View team is like a big family! Their staff is incredibly focused on small details that impact the success of the business. Their community is so elegant and impressive with tremendous value for what is provided. My mother and I visited Mill View today and were blown away by their marketing director knowledge of how to help seniors choose a senior living community. She and Angel were gracious hostesses who knew every resident by name and showcased all their exciting new renovations, and beautifully designed community. It was an excellent visit and a tremendous help.

My uncle has been here since July 2021. He passed away there earlier this week. The executive director never gave her condolences to my parents after he passed. She was more concerned with us getting his things out! When my husband and I went to get his things 2 days later, we interacted with 4 people. None had name tags or introduced themselves. And NONE gave their condolences either. Pathetic. Additionally, they moved him to an end of life room without informing any of his family. Beware!

If a family member has a need for memory care, this is the place to check out in Bend. Talk with Angel, Ashley, Nycol, Lisl, Colby, and meet the amazing caregivers (Jessie, Danika, and so many others), including the watchful, attentive cleaning staff. Joe in the kitchen is a super caring, quality human. Jenny and Alexis, med aides, are hard working angels. Tammy, the hairdresser, is a super sweet friend to all of her clients. Take a walk in the lovely backyard area and have a listen to Joe, their extraordinary pianist. The facility is nice, but the people are the kindest, most generous, loving souls. They will be there for you and your loved one on the journey forward. And that is absolutely everything, when needed.

First of this is Jeff making the post not Tammy. Went to have turkey lunch with mom yesterday. I must say I was totally impressed. From the personallized seating , and the staff. They were awesome. It was so great to see families back together, smiling,talking taking pictures. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, angel,Ashely, nichol and staff. Oh I didn't forget my boys in the kitchen, u nailed it.

This place is amazing, Not only do they take great care of their residents, its also a great place to work! Everyone is treated like family and very well cared for! Residents are happy and sassy and love being involved in everyday activities and are WELL CARED FOR Out of all the facilities I have worked, Mill View definitely is the most sanitized, healthy, family orientated , best caring staff that I have ever seen.

They took my hubby in when he was having a hard time as a previous place. I had asked the previous place to move him to the one closer to me. They would not. My husband was welcomed in, in about two weeks. He has been very happy there. He is no longer staying in bed all day. He interacts with the others. He goes on outdoor trips with them, and does not try to leave. While he is there having a great time, and being treated well, Im having a hard time having him there. The Staff talk with me and take pictures for me. Which helps me too.

Being apart of a facility like this was a blessing having the chance to care for some of the most wonderful residents was a great opportunity.... moving was the hardest decision I had to make being apart of this team for a year wishing it was more.. You could never ask for a better management team after working here They arent just our boss there family and they get on the floor and work along with you when needed. The RCC (nycol) is the boom shes drop anything to help you inside and outside of work the activity director ( marrisa ) is so thoughtful and caring to make activities more enjoyable for each residents need. The head caregiver (Jessie) is the most trustworthy kind hearted down to earth amazing person. And so many others that need credit here. They arent just here to take care of people they are here to give the love and support as if these resident were our own family members you grow to be apart of there family as if you were to always know them from before
