I've been working at Aspen Ridge for close to 4 years now under two different management teams. Both had their strengths and weaknesses and both have unlimited compassion and love for our residents. It's been a challenging time with the pandemic and overall state of affairs but the care staff have worked so hard and continue to provide superior care despite it. Thank you to all of our staff for continuing to show up and work doggedly to provide the fun and loving environment our residents so deserve. Thank you to all of our families who continue to support our efforts and contribute their time and care.

Aspen Ridge Memory Care is honestly the most amazing place Ive ever worked. The care staff are incredible, and the management team is strong. Working in a community that is strong, and appreciates you is absolutely incredible. I could not ask for a better place to work. The residents that live here are absolutely amazing, and they captivate the audience with their incredible, individualized personalities. I am so blessed to have found this job, because it has taught me so much in the last couple months. Its a difficult job that is for sure, but knowing that you get to make these people happy is really satisfying. I could not ask for a more incredible way to spend my 8 hours a day. Depending on experience, the pay is also pretty decent. I have not found a single drop of negativity in this community. So many residents have inspired me, and I am so incredibly blessed to call this my job. Thank you Aspen Ridge Memory care for always being the best job I will ever have.

Working at aspen ridge has taught me so much. The team work the carestaff provide is beyond amazing. I have been with Aspen ridge with three different management teams and the management team they have now is by far the best. They strive everyday to make it a better community in every way possible. I am blessed to say I am apart of their team. Aspen ridge memory care is a great community its definitely a job I enjoy and love doing on a daily. I would highly recommend working here or even living in this community !!!

We moved my 97 year old grandma to Aspen Ridge Memory Care a week ago. Oh my goodness-what an amazing experience!!!!! First off, the staff was so welcoming. There was a card and a bunch of roses in my grandmas room. Every time I pass a staff member, they smile. Its just so amazing. The staff never seems rushed, always willing to lend a helping hand. They dont whats simply required, they go the extra mile. I have not encountered a single staff member that was less than amazing! We were worried about my grandma adjusting after having severe memory loss and being in assisted living for ten years. However, we couldnt be happier with the experience and our whole family is extremely grateful that there was an opening.

Ive been working at aspen ridge memory care for roughly 2 years now. Ive worked at other facilities in and around bend and nothing compares to the love, compassion, and care that Ive seen at aspen ridge. We have a great team and management is very helpful and understanding if you express your concerns to them. I would recommend working here to anyone- Its tough finding a job you enjoy waking up to go to but I have found that in aspen ridge. Being surrounded by exceptional coworkers and happy residents makes work seem so easy.

As a current employee here for the last year I can honestly say I have watched this community blossom into the amazing community it is now. The management team excell at ensuring employees have what they need to provide the best care for our residents. This is the most welcoming environment I have ever worked in so much so it doesnt feel like Im actually coming into work! My father lived at Aspen Ridge Memory Care in Bend, OR for 6 years. In his time with this organization, I always felt content that he was part of their family. Memory care is a difficult business, but under the current management team, I have witnessed an esprit de corps within the ranks that allowed a coordinated effort to provide quality care for its residents. The Activities Director strives to provide program enrichment and excursions to those residents able to participate. When he passed in October 2018, the compassion and care to our family was exemplary.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for this experience and how proud I am to be a part of this extraordinary team of healthcare professionals. Outstanding staff and facility! The staff at Aspen Ridge Memory Care truly go above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to taking care of the residents. Having a loved one with dementia can be a difficult and sensitive dynamic to handle. I encourage anyone looking for a place to care for there loved ones to consider Aspen Ridge. Simeon Purkey who is the Assistant Executive Director was amazing!. His compassionate demeanour and knowledge mixed with being a truly genuine individual was what we were looking for in considering a place for our loved one.
