My experience with Home Matters is 5 stars because of the amazing caretaker Quinn! While my dad was still living in his new home, I recognized he needed extra help. I contacted Home Matters to find a caretaker that could help him ease into accepting help. We tried out several and then was matched Quinn. Bingo! The match was spot on! Quinn was the person my dad needed to challenge him, cheer him on and keep him company. Quinn treated him with respect from day one. Over the past year, Quinn and my dad have developed a close bond. They play dominoes, do physical therapy exercises and keep each other company. He always looks forward to Quinn's visit. When my dad moved into an adult care home, we chose to keep Quinn on five days a week. Quinn is the "secret sauce" to provide consistency and care. My dad's quality of life improved with Quinn.
