Stouffville Creek is amazing! My parents have been there almost 3 years. The staff is so caring and so helpful at all times. In these covid times they go above and beyond to try to make sure residents are safe . I could not say enough about this place. I know my parents are happy and safe . Would highly recommend this retirement home.

My mother Penny Pearce has been living at Stouffville Creek for four years now. The staff and facility have given my Mom a better quality of life she deserves at 92 years of age. They are very professional and caring people. It was an adjustment for my mother in the beginning but later turned out to be a great decision and peace of mind for myself. Thank you very much to all the wonderful people and management at Stouffville Creek Retirement Residence.

It is stressful to make the decision for our loved ones to move into a retirement facility. Michelle Uniacke has helped with this process all along the way. Her kindness and professionalism was evident at every turn. There were no surprises and each decision was made knowing that I had her support and guidance. I can't thank Michelle and her team at Stouffville Creek for helping me especially with the extra challenges of dealing with the covid lock-down at the same time when most items you need are considered non-essential. The ambiance of the facility, the balconies, gazebo, food, all contributed to an overall positive experience. Thanks again Michelle.

The communication with general management is stressful and difficult. Communication is not just about newsletters and memos, it is the day to day responses to queries and concerns by management that sets the tone for the environment. The argumentative approach and accusatory tone does little to build relationship. We can only hope that over time management will make building respectful working relationships with residents and their families a priority, rather than an afterthought.

At Stouffville Creek Retirement Residence they have been so supportive in many ways. They helped me settle in my family member and are always very patient with him. They provide great service and go above and beyond to make sure he is well taken care of and happy. The food is very good here, and they allow the residents to pick what they would like for meals, and offer a wide variety. They also offer many activities to keep everyone busy and social. I am very happy with the choice I made for my family member as I know he is well taken care of. I would highly recommend this retirement residence to those who are wanting to have their family member taken good care of.

My Mum has been a resident at Stouffville Creek for almost 7 years and has loved every minute of her time there. The staff.. from the Nurses reception...managers...dining room and kitchen....and service staff are totally committed to the wellbeing care of the residents. It has an amazing energy and feeling of friendliness with activities taking place every day. There are weekly outing to shopping or the bank , picnics in the park or bus rides to the local lakes. The residents mingle well either at coffee in the Bistro or outside at the lovely gazebo surrounded by hanging baskets and flowers. Nearby Main St. in Stouffville has many shops and is a great place to take a little walk..not too far! I would recommend Stouffville Creek without hesitation !
