My mother-in-law has been at the Court since August 2022. She is comfortable and safe in a lovely apartment and building. The staff are, without exception, respectful, attentive and caring. It makes for a lovely home.

After touring so many retirement homes The Court at Brooklin clearly beats the others in all of the important ways. "Genuine & warm" - that is how the staff & ambiance is here....so grateful my parents landed on this gem of a place for almost 4 years

I am considering a move to a retirement home so have researched most homes in the area. I visited THE COURT AT BROOKLIN and decided to do a 1 month trial stay at the Court for 2 reasons: The dining room and the food were excellent. The food was hot( that's hard to do when serving a large group) and there was a warm, friendly feeling in the home. I felt welcome. The trial went well. My room was clean, furnished and comfortable. I made friends quickly and they included me in the activities I was interested in. I enjoyed my trial stay. I plan to return if I can encourage my husband to move with me.

The staff is so friendly helpful and respectful! They all work so hard daily, they need to be recognized! Love it there. My Mom is good hands. Just one little thing that maybe could be changed make the food a little bit more flavourful. make sure the vegetables are well drained. Thank you.

Terrible place. DO NOT BRING YOUR ELDERLY to this place. They are focused on money with no service. Food is terrible. The management staff and front desk are never there and they are very controlling. This place is not even licenced under the Retirement Homes Regulatory Authority of Ontario.

My father has been placed here as he reaches the end of his retirement. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very clean and kept modern. Very good venue for food for the residents. Would have rated 5 stars if the room was a little bit bigger. Pretty small.
