My grandparents recently moved into The Court at Brooklin, and the transition has been a wonderful experience for them. They now have a cozy, comfortable home where they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. One of the things they enjoy most is the food”every meal is delicious, well-prepared, and offers plenty of variety. They also love the social activities and events available to residents. There is always something engaging to participate in, which has helped them stay active, make new friends, and feel part of a vibrant community. What truly stands out, however, is the exceptional staff. Every team member is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They always go out of their way to make residents and visitors feel welcome, creating a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the residence. As family members, it gives us great peace of mind knowing our grandparents are so happy and well looked after. It's a very nice place to be living, the staffs are extremely friendly. We enjoyed the food that all we is eat. Enjoyed the day trips enjoy the chair exercise and so much, parking is very good, it a great location being here on the ground floor we can come through the front and back entrance. This Community is a RELAXED WAY OF LIVING- This comes to my mind. No Stress here as things are cared for.People are friendly here.Apartment are spacious and clean.The best thing here is - our health has improved since we have come here- the reason is meals are nutritionally balanced and according to Canadian food guide.We are happy with the activities too.another aspect which is very important at this age for us is socializing- and we have that ample in this community.we have also find people with common interest here, which makes us happy.Staff and managers are welcoming and make you feel belonged. My mother was a residence of the court of Brooklyn, and I can honestly say that this was a wonderful place for her to be. The staff was very supportive, not only of her, but of the family they went out of their way to accommodate things that my mother thought were important and she has since passed away, but I wanted to leave this special message so that others will know just what a wonderful place this was.

My father in law recently stayed here for three months and was very comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was 10 star across the board and the residents were all friendly and made him feel welcome. The facility itself is clean and well thought out. It is a wonderful place and we would absolutely consider it in the future! My only quibble is the fish that came with the deal. The Court At Brooklin gave him a Betta fish as a welcome gift which was very thoughtful... But he certainly would not have chosen this labor of love for himself at this stage of his life. So now his son and I have a suprise pet fish. Maybe stipulate no pets as welcome gifts just to be on the safe side. Other than that- everything was great!

Here at the court of Brooklyn it is such a warm and friendly atmosphere. There's stuff are so friendly and always available. Many activities to keep everyone's mind sharp. Plenty of food choices. The folks living here appear to be happy and content the building is well kept with many entrances with codes of course. The dining room is large plenty of room for everyone and for those in wheelchairs each one who lives here is kind to one another. Even those with difficulties are treated by the other residents with kindness and respectNone of us want this however when it comes my time I would not hesitate to live here.

Our mother has been living at the court for two and a half months. Although she has had some health set backs the staff have been very accommodating and attentive to her current needs. It has been reassuring to our family that she is never alone, friendly respectful help is always available. Her beautiful suite is cleaned for her by friendly staff who always have kind words and smiling faces. Some meals are disappointing but the soup and homemade bread are always wonderful. Mom has made some good friends quickly as other residents are friendly and approachable.

Great location and very safe facility for retirement. Would rate 5 stars if food was better. it is now three months since I originally posted this, and my elderly aunt who lives in this facility has told me that the food has gone downhill even further. This poor food quality and the recent ridiculous increase in the price of a room there have caused us to look at moving her out of the facility now.

My 87 year old Mom came to The Court at Brooklin for Respite after surgery at the end of June 2025. We were so fondly welcomed by the staff it warmed my heart. They were kind, accommodating and efficient. I had a new peace of mind. The staff make you feel like you are the only person they take care of. Meanwhile they have so many other residents to take care of. They call me by name when I visit, they check in on how my Mom is doing and genuinely care about their resident's well-being. After a fall they got her safely to the hospital and kept in communication with me. My Mom embraced the community and staff and when Respite was finished she decided she wanted to make The Court her permanent residence for the next chapter of her life. In a world where you hear horror stories about the treatment of seniors, I'm thrilled I have found a friendly caring place for her to live.

The staff have been very gracious helping my parents (88 and 91) settle into the Court at Brooklin. They were very accommodating as Mom came directly from hospital. They were able to meet their needs with a two-bedroom apartment too. We are grateful for the caring environment the Court staff provides.

The court is the perfect place for my grandmother. She's 92 years old and moved in last week. She made friends quickly and the staff have been more than helpful. The Court offers all the services included in their pricing unlike other places that charge extra for everything. This greatly helps those on fixed incomes. My mother required a short term stay with very little notice. The staff at Court of Brooklin were accommodating, and went above and beyond to help her settle in. We even changed rooms last minute to better accommodate her wheelchair with no issue. Staff were super friendly, and always made it a point to say how well my mother was doing. I always felt that she was looked out for, and had people around if she needed anything in my absence. Nidhi's consistent communication , helped ensure me that my mother had everything she needed. The folks serving our meals are wonderful, always cheerful and willing to please. Spending time daily with other friendly residents during meals and activities is priceless. The Court is spotless the employees there are kind courteous and respectful! I've been shopping for a retirement home for my husband and myself for over a year, It's a huge and an important task. In August I stayed for a month at The Court in Brooklin on a trial basis. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband, who has mild dementia, refuses to consider a move from our home of 45 years. We are both over 80 and need to make the move to a more relaxed environment. I have checked out about 8 facilities. They were all beautiful. The Court in Brooklin has something special. It is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. It felt like family. The staff are sincerely kind and friendly and the residents want to make you feel comfortable. I can't say enough about the management team: Collin, Nidhi, Yvette, Sylvia , Denise and others. They are the best. I made a few good friends in the short time I was there. Betty Davis said, " Aging is not for sissies" . It's so therapeutic to not have to do it alone. Food and friends seem to be the most important factors in choosing a retirement home. Price is pretty important too. The Court has it all. I have eaten at 4 facilities and can say without hesitation The Court at Brooklin serves the best meals. They are fresh, tasty and hot and they do it with skill and kindness. The price is competitive. I'm crossing my fingers that my husband and I will be moving in very soon.

We work with the Court of Brooklin to perform an on site hearing clinic. Since working with them, they've been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff are extremley friendly, they care a lot about their residents and they are a joy to work alongside. They are accommodating and have a built a supportive community for its members! My mom has been living at the court for 3 years now and she is very happy there. She enjoys the food, entertainment, art classes, meditation, Physio classes, drives in the country and/or outings. There are some very kind and compassionate workers that really brighten the place and make mom feel special. One thing I have joined with mom is the heartfulness meditation. We both have truly benefitted greatly from our practise. It gives us both a sense of peace and calm. I now do meditation at home in my daily routine. At this writing, I have been a resident for two weeks. Everyone has been truly warm and welcoming. The food is excellent with more than one choice at each meal. If you can't make it to the dining room, your meal can be delivered to your room. It's a big transition from owning your own home to residential living but the staff and residents have made that move as smooth and painless as possible. Every day you can participate in the many activities that are provided or use the time for your own pursuits. C'mon and join a great community and enjoy your "golden " years.

Since I moved here in the Court at Brooklin. Everyone is friendly . Food is fairly good. The approach was pleasing by Nidhi- who first contacted me and came to meet me in person. I feel homely here. I enjoy exercises, playing cards and crafts. Activities are all wonderful. I have made many good friends here. I like sitting in the patio . Very neat and clean home. Will recommend to people. I like my apartment- it’s spacious clean and peaceful. In nutshell I am very happy here. They really take care of our mental and physical health. They care for elderly people here. GREAT PLACE !!

Totally impressed with this retirement home! My sisters and I did a tour here with my dad who wanted to see in advance, what retirement living would look like for him when he's ready to make a change in his current living arrangements. From start to finish we were impressed! The staff was beyond welcoming from the moment we went in and all the current residents looked happy and healthy and also willing to vouch for the wonderful atmosphere and living arrangements offered at this establishment. We met with Nidhi first who took us on a wonderful tour and answered all our questions and showed us several different apartment layouts. Then we had the pleasure to sit with Colin, the General Manager who we were totally impressed with! You could tell how caring and understanding he was with the amount of time he took to answer more of our questions. This home is the kind of place you can only dream of when the time comes for a parent transitioning into a retirement home. Currently my dad isn't quite ready for it, but when he is all others we visit will be measured against this one's standards! Plus he's already said when he's ready, he hopes this will be his new address. After my wife died family thought it was time to consider moving into a retirement residence. My daughter and I visited The Court at Brooklin and after meeting very friendly staff and a tour of the building I knew this was the place for me...and signed up immediately! After a month I am well settled in my large apartment and everything is 5 star! I have never felt better in my life...quickly made new friends and love being pampered by the wonderful staff! If you are thinking of moving into a seniors retirement complex...look no further...make The Court at Brooklin your new home!

Mom was quite reluctant to make the change to assisted living, but decided to take the plunge and is she ever glad she did. No more lonely days! Now she is busy doing lots of fun stuff, and is happy with new friends and loves her cozy apartment with her large balcony. We are so happy for her and we feel a sense of relief knowing she is safe and happy in her new home. So grateful to the whole team who has welcomed mom and made settling in for her easy and smooth.

My mom loves it there. She thinks of the staff as her extended family. They are caring, friendly, and always there to help. Even though it's "independent living," I feel relieved knowing that the staff look out for her and the residents in general.

My mother-in-law has been at the Court since August 2022. She is comfortable and safe in a lovely apartment and building. The staff are, without exception, respectful, attentive and caring. It makes for a lovely home.

My best friend needed a place for her dad however she lives in Florida so i told her i had visited court of Brooklin and i liked it for my own parents so i suggested it to her and her brother. Nidhi sent my friend the images over the internet and gave her brother a tour. Within a couple of weeks her dad moved in. They are accommodating with his Gluten free needs. Nidhi checked on him to ensure he is adjusting which he is. Thanks Nidhi appreciate your attention to detail

My mom is new to the Court. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have been amazing at helping her settle in. She is enjoying it there; lots of activities. Would definitely recommend.
