Staff are patient, compassionate, and treat residents with dignity. Always the same friendly faces whom provide personalized attention. From live entertainment to educational workshops the residents appear active and involved. Food is excellent, Facility is nice and clean and the staff here truly treat the residents like family.

It is like walking into a family. Everyone is so happy and energetic. You can definitely tell they are there for their residence as they go above and beyond for each and everyone. From management to caregivers everyone works in harmony there, they don’t just work individually this staff functions as a true supportive team! So glad we have home like this on wallaceburg.

My father in law was at the home for one month for respite care. His room and the entire faculty was very clean. He enjoyed many of the available activities , food , and the helpfulness and friendliness of all the staff. Everyone made him feel welcome for the time he was here. The family would like to thank all the staff for making him feel welcome during his stay.And he even won at the bingo!!
