I go into Landmark 3xs a week as a care provider to one of my clients. My client states “she loves getting all her meals here. She has a beautiful apartment. All her basic needs are taken care of. Myself and two of my sister-in-laws , from out of Province, just visited a long time friend of the family and had a lovely lunch at your facility. The meal was delicious, the staff was curtious, friendly and very efficient. Most impressed with the welcoming environment and the amenities offered. Would recommend to anyone downsizing and looking for an easy accessible and friendly environment to check it out.

Lovely Building with great activities and amenities. When we have visited, the meals have been great and the meal times are a good idea. We did however run into a problem last night when we visited. We went to eat at 5:15 and for some reason we got our main course at 6:45 there was at least 45 minutes or more between our soup and the main course and when it did arrive, it was cold like it had been prepared and sitting on a shelf for a long time . We were asked to go online and fill out this review. The resident we were with said this has never happened before and we are sure this is probably a one time occurrence. We have always found the service and the food to be excellent , Thank you

My mom has been a resident at Landmark Village for a few years. From the time, we met Josee, the rental coordinator, we knew this was going to be a great home. The staff, including: management, concierge, dining, wellness, housekeeping, entertainment, and maintenance have been incredibly helpful. This has given our family great piece of mind knowing mom was going to be well cared for. There has not been a situation when this has not been true. The recognition staff deserve are many. A few instances would include: Maria, Kelly, and Mary Ann who are always welcoming at the front desk. They are quick to pass on pertinent information and make sure mom attends all meals. They are eager to assist in any way possible. Robin and her Wellness staff are always prepared to assist with any health or medical needs that arise. There is always a schedule of in house and out of house activities as well as regular entertainment from a variety of outside sources. Although rare, if maintenance issues arise, there is always immediate attention to rectifying any situation. Cara and the dining staff do an excellent job providing the delicious meals prepared by the chefs and kitchen staff. Thank you all staff! We certainly recommend Landmark Village as an excellent housing option for our aging parent.

My parents Ella ❤️ Gord Metcalfe Loved it at landmark village They were getting up in age and some health issues and I wasn't sure at the time if I was making the best choice for them. But it so was! My parents were in bed alot before they went to landmark staying in there pj's Once going to landmark all that changed got dressed and would go down into the dinning room & activities They meet so many nice new friends and the staff was amazing and enjoyed living there more then words can express and I had peace of mind knowing they were being taken care of and Happy I would recommend Landmark village 💯

Thank you to Landmark Village staff for the great care they gave my mom during the 25 months she was there. She appreciated that staff knew her by name, and that Resident Services often helped her with answers for her questions. She was always amazed that the dining staff were so friendly, kind and patient with her, and that she had so many menu choices every day. My mil enjoys her time at Landmark she thinks the food is just fine. My goodness they get so many choices it is unbelievable. She loves to play bridge and there are always friends to play cards with. Landmark Village has given her a renewed life of living.
