A fine seniors residence. Very clean and spacious and great people to work with. As I entertained there, I spoke with many residents who were enjoying their home. Tishiah Boothe, the program director, was also so caring and pleasant as were the rest of the staff I spoke with. Highly recommended.

The hiring and training practices at this Retirement home are exceptional. All the staff are friendly, caring, helpful, professional and they go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome. In particular, the housecleaning staff and Dining room servers are excellent.

Aloha! I was thrilled to perform at The Court at Rushdale with Hawaiian inspired dance numbers and hula dance teaching! Both the staff and residents were very warm and welcoming and the experience I had there was just marvelous. I am thoroughly impressed with the attention the court at Rush staff gives my father. They are very caring and make sure his needs are fully met. I am very grateful to have found this new home for my father and all it has to offer even the shuttle bus driver makes him very happy and goes out of her way for him, I give this home a true five star !!!

My aunt lived at Court at Rushdale for a few years after her husband passed away. She was happy to have so many friends specially the ones that spoke Italian. She liked the food and the outings to the restaurants. The staff always took care of her and kept her room nice and clean. Thank you to the residents and staff that made her happy.

I am a retired high school principal and a very active member in Hamilton's historical community. I have written several books preserving local and Canadian history and used my many years of teaching experience to present over 1,400 PowerPoint lectures to many groups in the community. Several years ago, the Engage Life Coordinator at Court at Rushdale, Larry Garcia, invited me to present slide lectures based on my historical research to the Court's residents. The programs were so successful, especially the "Then and Now" format that I became a regular entertainer with over 100 visits. That became disrupted during COVID, but the present Life Coordinator, Tishiah Boothe is working hard to renew the program and I appreciate her effort and that of management to revive memories for their residents.

I love this place. It is well taken care of both outside and inside and the residents are well taken care of. The food is phenomenal (including steak and shrimp which you don't normally get at retirement homes), the staff are fantastic and there are LOTS of interesting activities. I highly recommend this place.

My initial meeting with Charles at Court at Rushdale was more informative than I could have ever expected. Charles provided an extremely in-depth tour of the suites and amenities at the Court at Rushdale and was extremely knowledgable and informative for any questions I had. Mom's been living in the Rushdale community since November of 2019, and couldn't be happier with the food, her apartment, their care during the pandemic, the many social activities and theme days. She's happy so we're happy! Most of the staff are wonderful and know all the residents by name, and many of their family members too. Might seem expensive, but... you get what you pay for.

My mother moved in 3 months ago, she is loving how fresh and well presented the food is, she feels the entire culinary team is great, the waitstaff always knows what she likes in her coffee. The management team are caring and always willing to help, they all knew my Mom by name the first week she was there. She is loving all the activities and outings and she has tried so many new things already. She wishes she had of made the move years ago. When we come in to visit its like coming home everyone is so friendly.

Expensive over $3500 a month for a bachelor with no stove . Nice Rooms , clean , more activities than most . Decent menu selection. Respectful staff but lied about trying to find my grandmother a new place ( says top of list )but they haven't done a thing

My Mom loves it at Court at Rushdale. I never have to worry about her anymore when I go in vacation. She loves the food, entertainment, colouring, Art class and of course bingo. She loves going to the casino for an outing whenever they go to Fallsview in Niagara. Mom is a lot happier now that she has moved there.

My Mom has been a resident at Court at Rushdale for nearly three years. All employees are friendly and helpful and know each resident by name. I never worry about Mom any more. She was reluctant to leave her house, but settled in right away. She enjoys the numerous Entertainment, Bingo, Colouring your Troubles away, Art classes, special events and especially the company at meals. I have noticed a huge change in her since joining the Rushdale. She is no longer alone so when I go away on vacation, it is a great relief to hear her say "don't worry about me, have a good time" instead of "your leaving me" with a sad face. It is a fantastic place.
