I cant say enough about Riverview Seniors Residence, Drew and his staff. My father has been at the Residence for several years and loves his home. When we take my Dad out for an outing he is always anxious to get back home. He enjoys the delicious home-cooked meals, the other people at the Residence and the staff who help to make his life comfortable. He loves it when Sue and Drews golden retrievers, Sadie and Dugan, visit. I would definitely recommend Riverview Seniors Residence to anyone looking for an independent living place for their loved ones to call home.

As the children of one of the residents with Riverview Seniors Residence, we could not be more pleased with the caring environment our mother experiences daily at Riverview. In fact she has blossomed since arriving at the residence in the Fall of 2017. There is never a visit with her, that she does not say how happy she is at the Residence, from the friendly and caring staff, delicious home cooked meals, opportunities to make new friends, location that offers bright sunlight in every room, beautiful views, surrounding gardens, access to shopping, church, and community of Carleton Place. At the heart of it all, is the warmth and genuine concern and care she receives from the staff and owners, including their beautiful Golden Retrievers Sadie and Doogan. This residence is a gem, and we are grateful every day for being able to provide our mother with such a warm, and comfortable home as she moves through her golden years journey. Before Sue and Drew bought Riverview Seniors Residence, my father was wanting to move into a nursing home and we therefore took the necessary steps to start the process.Thankfully the process is a slower process because my father does not want to move. His challenges with swallowing is accommodated in the meals prepared, the staff are very caring and dad loves the visits with the owners golden labs. I am so very thankful that they have made Riverview Seniors Residence feel like one big family. I would highly recommend Riverview Seniors Residence for your family member.Thank you to Sue, Drew and all the staff!!!!

My mother lived there for almost a year. The only regret I have is not getting her there sooner. The owners, Drew and Susan and their staff provide a critical service for seniors who may not be able to live safely on their own but are not ready for long-term care.It is a difficult choice for a senior to admit that they can no longer do some of the things that they have taken for granted for so many years. At Riverview, my mother found a safe and comfortable home with caring friends that continue to visit her now that she has moved on to a full care facility.I whole-heartedly recommend Riverview for seniors looking for independent lifestyle in a warm and safe community.

This retirement facility is absolutely the best in town. Small. Friendly. Excellent staff who really care. I had to move my Mom there just before Christmas 2016 and she is very happy there. Its like family. Even though Mom is going to be 100 years old, it doesnt matter. They love her and treat her like shes a member of their family. ThankYOU Drew and staff!
