The staff is knowledgeable professional and absolutely wonderful. Manager-Shannon is super sweet. They really seem to sincerely care about their tenants. Maintenance man is awesome and the tenants that live here are really cool. I love how it's independent living for seniors and disabled yet there's so much on site for them to engage in. Would highly recommend.

The ladies in the office are very professional and helpful. They provide you with detailed information on how to apply for an apartment that makes the process easy. The maintenance Tech has worked there for many years and he will go above and beyond to help the residents. They offer affordable housing for the elderly and disabled. I would recommend them to anyone whom is looking for an apartment that meets that criteria. They also have a service coordinator located on site. Once you move in he will reach out to you to see if he can help assist you with any services you may qualify for. He also helps schedule activities for the residents. Even upper Management is friendly and helpful. This place is well maintained and you can tell they all truly care about the elderly and disabled people.
