I WANT OUR OLD SECURITY BACKthey walked the grounds and drove around inspecting the apartments & the people who didnt belong. The new security is a joke playing friends with everybody but not doing a damn thing when or If there's a problem they basically paying him to stand around then The crazy thing is we have to call the police first then security thats a joke. It's sad how more people are coming in and being so ghetto! it's like the office don't see how most of these people on drugs; moving them in; then how they bring people in their own place throwing them out when inspections come around which I know most is upset about it but I'm glad they do them every 3 months or more because most these people need to be inspected more how they be acting. I hate the fact we got all these people laying in the stairs or drug up on something and our kids got to see it or walk around them while they sleep on the floor of the hallways or them hiding in the bottom part of the apartments pissing in the hallways. They need some things where if there's someone just lingering around out side all the time write down their names asking them what apartment they live in and if they don't say they need to be escorts out the apartment when they come back on the property the police should be involved for trespassing on the property if not living here I'm tired of walking out side and its either smelling like piss cheap weed or some rachet couple fighting being loud. It's upsetting people get a home and don't no how to respect it or anybody else's around. they should have apartments where they test out the people moving in see how they would treat it and the company they bring for a month or so before they give them actual apartments I don't care who get mad if this would come in affect yall should learn that a home is a privilege not just something to ruin for everybody trying to give a better home to their families. I grew up in the same situation which most here have too but I would think yall would want better for your kids not for them to see this as something that's normal or what they should be comfortable around these apartments were refurnish just to be giving to ungrateful crackheads. When I first moved in everything wasn't the way it is, it just gotten worse.

I've been around this complex off and on for the last 10 years. I moved here in March 2018, and started working here in May 2018. I can tell you from experience that this is NOT the same complex it was 2 or 3 years ago! They have made drastic improvements to the property, and truly try to keep the trouble makers out. Unfortunately any time you are dealing with subsidized housing, you're going to have some rif raf.

I'm getting ready to move into my apartment next week. The staff are very nice and she got me into a apartment fast. Lynco will no longer be the owner of the complex, they are getting bought by someone else so those too ghetto people and the really bad influences are already getting evicted. they are also doing some renovations so, I rather like the apartments.
