I have ALS and needed home care services from 7 am to 9 am everyday and went with this agency. Despite signing an agreement, I never received a copy even after numerous requests. Their claim of transparency with the aides' timesheets turned out to be untrue, as the aides were consistently late by an hour or more every day due to the CEO's poor scheduling. The aid was to arrive at 7 am, but her relief at another facility wasn’t until 7, which is making her late everyday. Despite assurances to improve punctuality, the CEO never followed through.When I had no choice but to cancel with a 72-hour notice, the CEO abruptly declared it effective immediately and has refused to refund me for a week's worth of care. Instead, he's alleging that staff worked more hours than agreed upon, even though I can prove through my ring camera the actual arrival and departure times. It's incredibly disappointing and unethical that the CEO's response was to express regret in having me as a client rather than address the issue and promptly return my refund. I am saddened that this agency takes advantage of their clients (who are ill and need of care) by blatantly disregarding the importance of their arrival time, and taking advantage of withholding money from people who due to illness have limited income. To me, you can go any lower than this. I would appreciate your help in getting my refund.

This place and Damahco is beyond friendly, professional and I would highly recommend calling them if your in need for health care for yourself or a loved one, after getting approximately a dozen phone calls from companies all saying the exact same thing $30 dollars an hour and it's for my 90 year old mother that desperately needs help in her home and me being in Florida, he had the right answer to get the care for her, do yourself a favor and call them before all of the others out there!! You won't be sorry I promise!!
