I'm in a unique position. Both my 97-year-old mother and my wife are residents of Aberdeen. Both require specific attention and care. As I was faced with this situation my first resource was the Executive Director, Cheryl Ledbetter. She answered all my questions in a way that was both professional, as well as caring. As they became residents, my wife and my mother received the same attention and care. Aberdeen is not a giant facility, that is less personal. It is a more intimate and personal facility, where every member of the staff knows every resident. In my situation, I know my family members are safe, comfortable and cared for. This is a relief. I have recommended Aberdeen to many, as the best deal in town.

Aberdeen Heights is a gold standard of assisted living care in Tulsa. The DON and her direct care staff are always helpful and happy to lend a hand to the residents. The building is beautiful, activities are thoughtful, and the food always smells amazing! I can't say enough good things about this building and its staff!

Aberdeen Heights is one of the best AL's we have toured in Tulsa they were all very welcoming and friendly. From the front desk to the nursing department as well as the ED. The nurse was very informing and patient as we had a lot of questions and she had a lot of great information for our family.

This wonderful place has a ministry of excellence! I am a caregiver and have seen quite a few places over the years that would make you cry. Not this one! They truly have the heart of servants and genuinely care and protect their residents. I know, my Mother is here. From the front desk to the nurse and all the way uP to the director absolute excellence! Plus 300 activities as well! My mother was at Aberdeen from January of 2023 until she died on January 11, 2024. There were some fabulous things about Aberdeen: the activities directors Amber and Val were so loving toward the residents and had fabulously fun activities, the food was wonderful, and mom's room was spacious and cleaned regularly and very well. Also, many of the nurses and nurses aides were very compassionate and attentive. Unfortunately, there was a consistent problem with mom not getting the proper dosage of medications, which led to some health issues--some of them being serious. The nursing director always seemed put out when we would ask questions and was not forthcoming with information. She would send a nurse's aide to come talk to us instead of talking to us herself. When Mom died at Aberdeen the morning of January 11, several of the Aberdeen staff came to her room to offer condolences, but not one of the administrators came to the family--not the nursing director, not the business director, and not the new executive director. A couple of months before and after Mom died, several of the best employees left Aberdeen: both activities directors, the executive director, the sales director, and some of the nurses. It's a totally different place than it was a year ago. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone who is looking for assisted living for someone they loved.

Aberdeen Heights is an amazing place, my grandmother loves it there. The nurse is very friendly and helped us in so many ways with her Long Term Care paperwork that we never would have been able to figure out without her. The staff is very welcoming and the atmosphere is GREAT! I highly, highly recommend Aberdeen Heights as a place to call home for your loved ones.

Moving our mom to Aberdeen Heights is the best decision my sister and I could have made for her. As her dementia has progressed, the staff has been so patient and kind with her. The care she receives is the best! I particularly want to thank Shalocca, Brittany and Julie for the compassion, love and kindness they show her everyday!

I had the privilege of bringing my students to Aberdeen Heights for clinicals. The family atmosphere and care given to the residents made the experience exceptional. Everyone was very warm and inviting, and I'm grateful for the CNAs and how welcoming they were to the students. I continued to be impressed by how clean everything was kept and the level of activities offered to the residents. Schalloca and the staff were amazing and I'm so thankful for the experience! I highly recommend Aberdeen Heights.

My name is Christie and I am a Senior Advocate and caregiver. I have to say that Aberdeen Heights is by far my favorite assisted living. The people are so much fun, from the management, staff, and residents. It is a very unique culture, one that you just don't see very often. I have recommended this place to anyone who asks for suggestions. Amber and Valerie are hands down the best activities directors that I have ever seen. I could just stay and play all day, myself. The lady that I go see once a week just moved in and told me how much fun she has. The care, the staff, the activities are just absolutely Amazing!! I can't say enough good things about Aberdeen Heights. Anyone looking for a place to go, look no further, this is it. You won't be disappointed!!

I am part of a local musical group that comes to play monthly at Aberdeen heights and it is our favorite place to be. The staff members are happy and caring. The facility is clean and top-notch. Amber is in charge of activities and she genuinely loves the residents. She knows them all and works so hard to bring joy into their lives. In fact, many of us have said that Aberdeen is the place we would choose to live.

I have done arts and crafts for many years at Aberdeen..I have always found the residents to be well cared for and the staff very amiable and efficient.I work with Amber the activity director and l do crafts now once a month..she is so patient and positive anyone would be fortunate to live here.

I can't say enough nice things about this place! To start with, most of the staff have been employed here for many years. If you're doing your homework, you know that is just unheard of in this industry. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Residents feel safe and are treated like family. They are encouraged to participate in a variety of daily devotions, exercises, and activities. The activities director, Amber, is phenomenal! And then there's the food. I've had a few meals here and the food is actually good! I've heard no complaints from anyone. I know two different individuals that live here, and both of them and their families are so happy with this choice for their loved ones care!!

This is the loveliest place, full of wonderful people who genuinely cared for my grandmother. They did their utmost to make her feel important, and she loved the food and enjoyed the many activities. Its location between midtown and south Tulsa is very convenient.

My mother lives at this facility. The staff level is very stable and caring. She is happy in her apartment, the culinary options are excellent, better than most. There are many activities for the residents. We made the correct choice amongst many.

The same leadership has been in place for about 20 years. This is important to my parents so that they can develop relationship that last. As their need for daily care has increased the staff is quick to make adjustment to their care. Many times the staff has put in place creative solutions in order to meet the ever changing needs of our aging parents.

Aberdeen Heights is a WONDERFUL place. Our Nana, Joyce, was a Resident for 3-years and LOVED every moment. She truly enjoyed all of the thoughtfully planned Activities daily, the FAMILY environment and the loving and kind Staff. The entire Staff at Aberdeen Heights did EVERYTHING to make her life enjoyable and meaningful. Nana was the HAPPIEST she had been in so many years. Our Family cannot say enough WONDERFUL things about the STAFF and Community Aberdeen Heights. They are AWESOME!!!! We are SO grateful that they brought SO MUCH JOY to our NANA. It made us SO happy, because Nana was SO HAPPY living at Aberdeen Heights.
