For an apartment living atmosphere, Brookwood on 86th has been the most feeling of home. When I moved in, I was a single mom of 2 children and felt safe and knew that I had nothing to worry about. Donna and Lance (Management team and Maintenance) are amazing! They listen to concerns and take action to resolve issues that may arise. Monthly events and community gatherings to mingle and meet your neighbors is always fun.

This is amazing community, the landlord donna is awesome she is kind sweet n my dog spitfire which is jack Russell and boxer has to go see her when she is there he gets a treat n lovins from her, but the community is nice n quiet we look after one another, yes the building are old but it's close to the post office school n daycare , if u want a drink kum& go literally walking around the community, n it's all bills paid plus wifi can't ask for a better place to live at.

It's a wonderful place to call home. We lived in Brookwood for many years. Past few years the new owners, made a lot of upgrades in units and around property. Nice, calm neighbors. Apartment management is wonderful, Mrs.Donna always helpful. And our maintenance guy Mr.Lance fixes things fast.

I moved into Brookwood on 86th last September, and the experience so far has been amazing. The apartment is nice and the rent is affordable! Maintenance has been super responsive for every issue / question we've had (of which there are not many,) and the property manager Brittney is extremely kind and caring to all of her tenants - organizing all kinds of neat events to give back to the community of residents! I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move into central Owasso.

I have only been here a few months but after settling in and getting to know some people, I Truly like it here.... There are alot of nice people here, who are usually helpful and sincere. I lovemost of neighbors that am familiar with and those I'm not are still seemingly friendly we we pass by one another outside. I love it that everyone accepts my giant dog BubbaBear!and myself...Lol know we look like Pitbulls and Parolees ‚ So it feels good to know that we are welcomed and evenliked here. I just moved here about a month ago and this is a great starter apartment! I love how the Wi-Fi and all bills and utilities are included in rent so you don't have all of the extra bills to stress about. All of my neighbors so far are very nice and the new apartment manager has been very welcoming and helpful! There is an enclosed dog park and the pool is nice and clean.

Thin walls, neighbor's screaming baby keeps me up at night. Added bonus is I can hear all arguments on all sides. Maintenance is usually quick in fixing emergencies. Rent includes all bills plus internet which is nice, it is still too high for a place that doesn't have carports, garages, in-unit washer/dryers., or a gym.

I know the stereotype is that people will only complete surveys if they are angry, but this has generally been a pleasant place to live. While I do have my complaints, the maintenance crew is quick, efficient, and reliable, and the office staff are friendly. My only issues are that when my neighbors smoke on their balcony it fills our apartment with the stink, and the rules for what you can have on the balcony are overly restrictive. EDIT: Warning to possible residents: The laundry machines all run on the CSC Go app. My wife and I have had no shortage of issues with this app, and really wish they would have just kept the card system if they must charge to wash clothes at all. At least that system is somewhat reliable, unlike this poorly-optimized laundry app. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Me and my husband have lived here going on 6 years now making it 10 years for my husband. It's just the perfect location at the right price! The staff here is great as well! (Finally!) We've been through our fair share of new management over the years and thankfully 3rd times a charm because we are ecstatic to have Shantelle, Randy and welcome our new maintenance man that I dent believe I've had the privilege of meeting. Shantelle seems to have an intelligent, hardworking head on her shoulders. Just in the short time she's been here she's certainly made a positive impact on the community. Shes also great at keeping us updated on things going on in the complex, personally talking to each and every tenant. Super responsive when i have questions (and I can ask allot of questions) Shes very caring and understanding and I can honestly say I've never had a better landlord! We really enjoy living here!

I've lived here over a year now and have loved it for the most part. The managers are willing to work with your situation if life hits you and you need time to catch up. The maintenance guy, Randy, does great work. He's only one person and previous maintenance employees left this place in shambles with half-a** work, so it takes some time for him to make it around to everyone needing help since he's also correcting many mistakes. However, he does a fantastic job once he reaches your request, he finishes in a timely manner, is very polite and professional, and makes sure you're satisfied with his work. In the year I've been here, he's been the most attentive maintenance employee I've dealt with.

I've lived here only a month now and the management and maintenance is amazing. ! Shantelle is always on task with her job and duties, and always makes sure to keep all of us residents in the loop about anything that's going on on property. Even though she's by herself in the office and constantly has things to do or manage, she somehow always manages to stay calm under pressure and make sure her job is done correctly. I haven't witness any bugs, or mice in my building or apartment, however I know if I do she'll be on top of that as well.

Office management is always friendly and always willing to hear feedback. Maintenance guys are the nicest I've ever had, always going out of their way to fix or help out with even the smallest things. -wich is great considering the apartments are fairly old so small things are expected to pop up. Overall it's been an enjoyable place to live. Would only recommend more safety procedures, like maybe noticable cameras, maybe security checks for the parking lots etc.

I feel like I could have been a better tenant however, the staff has always been good to me. I had some challenges finding a place to live before I found these apartments but fortunately, the staff here at Brookwood on 86th St. worked quickly to make me feeling right at home. Brookwood is honestly a great place to live. I've been here since 2018 and I haven't had a major complaint. There were few problems we had but they were either expected or taken care of promptly. This place is more than just an apartment, It's a home. Sounds cheesy but it's true. Due to my husband's job we had to move but EVERYDAY we wish we could move back. We loved it there. The office manager Dani is what makes this place so amazing. She goes above and beyond for the people who live there. Her heart is huge and she genuinely cares about every single person there. Our son loved playing on the play grounds they have and all bills paid made it a stress free place to live. Not only that but we have lived in some places that were gross and had bug problems but we lived at brookwood for awhile and NEVER saw any bugs. Seriously amazing place and community! my son misses Dani everyday and so do I! Thank you for making brookwood amazing Dani, and hopefully we can come back someday!

My apartment has flooded many times, there's something wrong with my toilet that they've yet to fix, and they never bothered to fix our air conditioning properly until just recently.
