My father/father-in-lawmoved to Arbor House in July 2021. From the time we met with Misty Birdsong, Marketing Director regarding the availability of an apartment we felt at ease and knew we had found the right place.It was as if it was meant to be, there was an apartment available!The staff made it easy to move in and get settled in no time. Almost overnight the entire staff knew my father/father-in-law by name and our names also. Everyone is professional but very friendly and seems to know their jobs well. A variety of activities are scheduled to keep the residents engaged. The facility is always spotless and the janitorial staff that takes care of resident’s apartments do a wonderful job. The food is good with a rotating variety. Everything at Arbor House works like a well-oiled machine with a personal touch.Arbor House feels more like a community than an assisted living facility.We would like to recognize several staff members who have made extra efforts to assist with anything we ormy father/father-in-law needs. Jennifer, who you can find smiling at the front desk and Janet of the janitorial staff. Thanks for helping to make a time that could be very difficult much easier.

Arbor House Mustang has proven to be the perfect location that I could have placed my mother. She is a Memory Care resident going on 3 years this April. Her room is like a small private apartment, and the admistration actively participate in the best strategy for her care. As for the staff, I could not have asked for a more loving and caring group of caregivers to watch over my mom. We have truly been blessed by our decision to choose Arbor House in Mustang.

We moved our 94 year old aunt from a facility in Texas to Arbor House last December. The staff has been AWESOME and the care she has received is great! Lynne, the DON, and Cristy, the Administrator, go above and beyond to ensure the residents are cared for with loving staff. They are prompt to address any type of issue from assisting with moving in, special requests, etc. Maintenance is exceptional from changing a light bulb to assembling furniture to any request - at lightening speed! Communication between families and facility is also great!!

Seeing from the beginning of my very first step into the entryway of Arbor House was a delightful group of people having a fun time together and being inviting. I was highly impressed. I received a first class tour with the Administrator from Arbor House.. I felt compassion and the grace of God. This was the place I wanted to live. Within a few days I had visitors giving me a private interview. They told me how to get my belongings and myself to Arbor House. Living at Arbor House compared to any and all other facilities of like kind, has been rewarding quality and beyond the expected into superiority of a room that has more space, features and assistance. I have reached entoptic living at Arbor House having assistance from the best staff and management ever. So I do live, and I live happily ever after at Arbor House.

If you have to make like every difficult decision to leave your home of 6o years, Arbor House has a lot of good things to consider. The Directors doors are always open to voice your concerns and express your desires. My room is cleaned to perfection every week and in between if I have a mishap. We have a maintenance man that comes in every morning with a million dollar smile that would cheer anyone up and can fill any problems you have and is always willing to do in record time. Our activity director is 110% all the time choosing things to keep our minds active and our bodies busy and then serves us hot baked cookies and drinks of choice. He is a very compassionate person and spreads joy, laughter, and hugs freely. He recently took a LOA and some of the ladies didnt understand why he was gone. sat around with sad faces and when he returned the smiles and joy returned to Arbor house. We have a beautiful courtyard with lots of sidewalks and well groomed lawn and comfortable furniture where we sat and enjoyed a little birdhouse with a family feeding their babies this spring. Mustang Master Gardeners planted flowers in front that we enjoyed all summer donated by a local business. They also planted a Butterfly garden in the courtyard. We are always decorated for the holidays. Some local churches provide optional bible studies. We also have entertainment from pianist, a harpist and singing groups. So you see Arbor House of Mustang is a good choice if you are no longer able to live alone and need an all rounded place to live.

We have been residents of A.H. over 4 years now. We have been treated well by all the staff. Should we have any complaints they are quick to deal with them. We have special food needs and they are quick to accommodate me. It is a comfort to know we have help 24-7 if needed.

This is the second time I have had a family member living at Arbor House in Mustang. Many years ago, my mother lived there until her failing health required more care. Because of her experience, I had no problem deciding the best place for my husband when I could no longer properly take care of him. The whole staff is very caring, friendly and ready to assist when needed. His room and laundry are cleaned on a regular schedule. We look forward to all the much and the many activities they offer. His physical needs are met 24 hours a day. If you have a loved one that needs assistance with daily living. This is the place to be.

Sheila and I have been at Arbor House for three years in Memory Care. I find the staff very attentive to our needs. They have become family. Are they perfect? What family is? If I had to make this terrible decision again, I certainly would choose Arbor House.

Ive not been without constant care, without complaint. I praise that part above others because it is essential. Id like to praise the kitchen help and waitresses. They try hard to fix food. I can eat because of my difficulties swallowing. I will praise the Handy man he is highly skilled and always willing to fix any problem I might have. My son said this was the cleanest place around, and then there is Doug. The do it all man, who often takes us shopping, but he also supplies us entertainment, he himself spends countless hours entertaining Games, Reading, Trivia. He is a natural to supply any kind of kindness or affection to the resident and to the help. Hes a spirit fully devoted to other.

Lets talk about Arbor House Assisted Living! I have lived here for 3 years and 3 months. I must say, I am living in my country club; and I truly believe this is the place I was meant to be. Among the amenities that I have cited: Housekeeping; Laundry services, a beautician, and my meals placed for me along with snacks and wonderful parties. We also have lots of great activities; church services, Bingo entertainment, Popcorn parties, ice cream Socials, Happy hour; lots of enjoyable fellowship. I am very blessed to be here and have these wonderful friends and nurses.

My mom spent the last few months of her life in the memory care unit of this awesome facility. The staff was wonderful all the time, even when our Moms care was challenging. They speak with kindness and respect to all the residents, and they were quick to inform my sister (who lives locally) whenever there were concerns. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Arbor House. They accommodated our every need and were caring and trustworthy, and graciously performed all the tasks we were unable to do for our mom. A Godsend, a life preserver, and a blessing!

I came to this community a little over 2 years ago and have really enjoyed working here. When I first started there were several employees who had worked here almost a decade. They constantly have activities going on for all the residents to engage in. The management gives annual pay raises and evaluations without staff even needing to ask. They promote employees who are going to school and even pay for advancements from CNA to ACMA. They not only have Nursing staff to take care of the residents but have positions in each department housekeeping, dietary, laundry attendants and activity coordinators for the Assisted Living & Reminisce. The other communities I have previously worked for combine labor and minimize people hired. This has truly been a great experience for my career and I am happy to be employed for such an amazing community.

We are so blessed to have such a wonderful place for my mother in law . The staff is very good, and they answer all your questions. If you have a problem you can call them and they ll take care of it. It s very clean, pretty, very nice, and there's a beautiful courtyard. Most importantly they love the residents.

We visited Arbor House of Mustang. The rooms smelled musty, and that was not acceptable for my mom. They had bingo and a good dining area. The staff was wonderful.

Arbor House of Mustang was fairly nice and people were very nice. The location is great. The rooms were sufficient. For the memory care, they only have an outdoor patio area, aside from the kitchen area and common area where they do exercises and other activities. I was very impressed with the staff.

We went to Arbor House of Mustang two weeks ago. It appeared clean and well-kept. We looked at a room that they had empty at the time and it looked like it would be appropriate. We weren't there at mealtime, but we were very impressed with the place. We were exposed to one person and her job was to show people around. She did that and answered all of our questions. I don't have any complaints. She did a good job.

One of the best assisted living places I've seen. I'm a pastor and visit several. This place always has staff available who is super involved and very friendly. It is evident they care about residents. I took my youth group to sing carols during their Christmas party and the staff had went all out for the festivities, from costumes to decorations to food to family! Great day. Super place.

Arbor House of Mustang was nice. The rooms were small. The staff was nice. I wasn?t very interested in the rest of it. They had a nice courtyard, and the place was very clean. The activity room was nice, but nobody was there.

Arbor House of Mustang is a nice place. It's relatively new, it smells good, the food, service and staff are good, and Mom really likes it there. She gets her haircut, she gets her doctor to visit there, and she gets her pharmacy and meds there. They have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, and they're doing a social function all the time. They also have an Alzheimer's support group. They do a lot of board games and Bible study, and people come in from the church and play music. She likes Bingo and Yahtzee, and she participates in exercise. They're working with me on the federal long term care insurance part. My mom likes the food, and she's gaining weight.

Arbor House was beautiful, but it was a little bit on the small side as far as the rooms were concerned. We have contour beds, and we had to have room enough for them. The sanitation was excellent, but it was too expensive.

My Mother has lived here for 4 years now and it is very much "HOME" for her. The staff and management in this community really care about the residents to the point of feeling like extended family members. I'm not saying everything is always perfect, that's a fantasy. But the management stays pretty consistent and even most the care givers. I think that speaks volumes for the lovely home. My Mother has made great friendships at a time when she needed it most.

The workers are always very friendly and seem truly concerned for the people living there. They treat my grandmother with great respect. The grounds and building are always kept neat and clean. I feel very comfortable having my grandmother live there, and it wasn't long before she was calling it "home."
