Reviews The Van Buren House of McAlester Regional Health Center
June 2024
The roof leaks terribly throughout the hallways the air conditioners hardly work in the nurses station and in the main hallway they don't work at all. They don't feed you enough. The heaters don't work all the time and when they do, they burn you out of there they're rude and within the last couple of months at least five people have moved because they're just not happy there. It's just terrible there. It's just gotten worse and worse and worse than the six months I was there. They're horrible so watch out going in there. it looks all fine and good on the outside you know, kinda on the outside, looking in so to speak, but once you're there, you find out real fast it ain't all fighting and the lady that runs at Bethany is a horrible person and she's a liar So beware all I can say

I didn't like the long halls till I realized it gave my dad good exercise. That with the health meals, really kept him alive. My sister and brother moved him to texas and he gain 70 pound and died in three months. My advice, locate one place and keep them there if possible. Van Buren was the best.
