I have visited this facility several times and not had the quality of care gone down. The carpet was disgusting and the furniture reeked in the Alzheimer unit. I was there at dinner and it was very unpleasant and cold. The aids were not engaging with the residents. The other side was a little better. Only one aid stood out and her name I think was Lashon but she said she was just agency so go figure. I would recommend looking around before picking this place

A wonderful and very caring staff. Id recommend Ten Oaks for my parents if they needed care. And if I could Id look into staying at Ten Oaks when I couldnt stay home anymore. Ten Oaks is one big family.

I absolutely love being a part of the Ten Oaks Team! I have worked here for a while and love to see the smile on our residents faces! My grandmother also lived here for a little while before she passed. It was such a blessing to be with her everyday and watch the love the care staff gave to her. Here at Ten Oaks, the residents and their families become our family. I highly recommend Ten Oaks to anyway that wants their loved ones cared for, loved, and treated as our own family.

I have personally worked with Ten Oaks on several different occasions. They have been a wonderful resource. They are always so kind and helpful when I reach out with questions. The most recent Marketer, Amanda, is absolutely wonderful! She is so sweet. She also goes above and beyond to be helpful to myself, the patients, and their family members. The patients and families I refer here always come back with such positive experiences. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for AL.

We were fortunate enough to have our sweet mother live her final days at Ten Oaks Place. She was in the Alzheimers unit, and I just cant say enough about the care that she received. The staff treated Gigi like she was their own Mother. From feeding her, and keeping her clean, and even putting makeup on her. (She never wore more that lipstick, but Michelle had her dolled up everyday). We lost Mom in March of 2018, and during her final days, every nurse, aid, and team member were so very considerate of our needs. They all truly loved her and we loved them. In fact I visited several times after Mom passed because I missed my Ten Oaks family. I would highly recommend this place! (In fact, I have!)

My mother and father are residents. The administration and staff are wonderful. All are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean and nice. More importantly, my parents are happy there and are getting great care.

I recommend Ten Oaks Place for many reasons . I have been an Activity Director for over four years now and in order to be successful in activities you have to have a decent budget . Here at Ten Oaks Place I am not only given the budget I truly need to do my best job for our residents but I am also given additional tools and guidance by our monthly training program . Thank you so much for providing such an amazing work environment. I come to work happy and ready to provide a fun and meaningful day to our residents!!!

I would highly recommend Ten Oaks for elderly care. My mother was a resident for several years and always received the absolute best of care. The staff is loving and very compassionate.

I went to Ten Oaks for my wife, and it's a nice place, but expensive. The staff was fine, good, and the residents have no problems with them. The apartments are nice and there are individual apartment options. It was accessible, however, they won't accept her because she's not mobile enough.

Thank you my friends!! Today is the first day....everyone goes home, things are different, dad isnt here to be checked on. Our Ten Oaks Angels are taking care of others. They are where they are to be, Gods Special Angels, dealing with the worst disease on earth! The Angels deal with far more than most can even can even wrap their heads around!! The family members that dont come to visit their loved ones, have no idea what the Angels or their loved one endures daily. The Angels are screamed at, punched, kicked and spoken to horribly.....but most take the deep breath and carry on, speaking to that special patient hoping they understand they are there to make them as comfortable as possible. Those that have not seen this up close and personal, please, please thank all those you know that provide care to those special people and their families!! Heartbreaking to everyone! The most challenging day for all those that provide the care to those we love!!

My mom is at Ten Oaks. It is an assisted and independent living facility. My mom has a very nice room there. Everything has been renovated. Regarding the food, my mother said it is fine. The dining area is nice. It is a good size room. It is also clean.

Ten Oaks was the cheapest facility I could find for my mother. It's a nice and clean place and they just remodeled it. All I got for her is one room with a little kitchenette and a bathroom. Their staff seemed to be very nice, but she is not really happy there because they dont have a whole lot of activities. She said that by 7 o'clock at night, everybody has gone to their room, but I also know that they would take residents shopping. My mom doesnt like their food at all. I have also eaten the food and it's not really good.

Ten Oaks is a very nice facility. The people are very kind here. They all have been very good. They're very generous with their portions, and the place is clean. Everybody has a good attitude, which is very beneficial. There are lots of people to talk to. We have games, we go on bus trips, and I still have my car, so I use it to go visit friends. There are some problems, but they take care of them, usually, one by one. The room is very comfortable. It's spacious, has plenty of storage areas, and you're not crowded.

Ten Oaks seemed like a really nice place. The lady we talked to was very nice. I have called her and talked to her several times, and she was really concerned about me. We were able to walk over the dining area, and it looked nice and clean. Overall, it seemed like it would have been a nice place to stay, and I enjoyed the visit.
