The place is ok and liveable. The tenants are nice for a community. Sandy, the service coordinator is friendly. Sheila and Misty I've had some ups downs with many times and those two aren't all there and we need better than those 2 cause Sheila's runs the place Misty is a bit screwy too.

Such a nice place to live, everything is in tip top shape, Administration are so helpful and kind. All residents seem so nice and friendly. My brother John is living there and he loves it!

Former Maintenance Supervisor. Sr. Management is what it is and it shows. With the new construction the facility is top notch with a new storm shelter, fitness room and conferenxe room. Tenants are great when we were aloud to talk to them. Pay was decent, but all in all HALF STAR for management 5 stars for tenants and new facility. Management needs a face lift.

I was visiting my father-in-law there. I believe these apartments used to be a hotel and now they are redoing them inside and out. My father-in-law loves his apartment.

My mother stays there. Very nice apartments in a well maintained building. Monthly rent based on income.

I am a worker remodeling said location. It is a nice location and it is an apartment complex for senior citizens only

Nice place if you're older and on a fixed income. I've seen that pets are allowed and it's a little community in itself.

Staff is usually friendly. Seems clean and organized. Tenants seem to enjoy the place. A few complaints of sanitation and bed-bugs, but issue was resolved and pest eliminated

My grandma enjoys it. Everybody is really nice when i go. Very clean and great activities. I know she will never be bored.

My grandmother used to stay there the place is kept up really well has all the facilities a person would need like laundry day area with activities and good outdoor lounging area and the friendliest people you could ever meet.
