I've had some issues with staff before, but Terry contacted me personally to speak with me about my concerns. The village is also very clean and homey.

My mother-in-law has lived at Ashbrook Village since October and absolutely loves it! The facility is nice and clean and so pretty. The staff have all been wonderful to our family. They are always planning special celebrations & activities for the residents to enjoy. Mom is close to her doctor and the hospital and they provide transportation to her appointments if we are unable to take her. Ashbrook Village has been such a blessing to us. We highly recommend it.

The administration also went out of their way to help us during the transition from her home to Ashbrook and then later with our dad and all his changes. It is a home-like setting and you just feel like a big family! Once again, life has brought about more changes, and my mom is now moving closer to us. Even though we are thrilled to spend more time with her, we were sad to say good-bye to care-givers that were like family to mom. Debbie Mortensen

I was so sad my 50 yr old brother was going to assisted living, but I'm so happy he's staying busy and getting brain stimulation. Everyone is so nice there! ?
