Wonderful people who care a great deal for their residents. They have activities each day and church service Wednesday/Sunday. The staff work very hard to create a fun and loving environment for residents, my Dad is very happy!

I have worked in the industry and had many family member's in faculties. I have to say that I am very impressed with the professional staff and employees caring and professional care they give to our loved ones. I love the patio area and music to enjoy the outdoors with all the residents. I receive weekly updates with COVID information for the facility and our loved ones. Also if I didn't mention they have multiple activities for the residents. Always greeted with a smile from employee's. In my opinion there is not a better facility I would choose for my loved ones.

The hardest thing to do is put a love one into someone else's care/hands. I truly believe that my mom gets great care. The nursing staff are amazing, they treat her like their grandmother that they treasure. They have many activities, even thou my mother can't do them, they make sure to include her. I have been there when they do kaorke, it put the biggest smile on my face. I will tell you that the staff should not quit there day job for a singing career, but they get in there and give it their all. I know my mom loves the staff. I see all staff interact with the residents from housekeeping, maintenance personal, office workers to the kitchen. They have eyes everywhere watching them. When I have a problem, they will address it with me quickly and get it taken care of.

Rainbow, is a fantastic facility, from all the employees, to their administration. They show love & care for all the residents. They always have something neat to do for the residents, to be engaged in. I can't thank them enough, for the care they provide for my wife!

Courteous staff. Extraordinary patience shown to residents with mental difficulties. Even when someone is being difficult, these exceptionally well trained and empathetic staff treat the residents with dignity and respect. The facility is clean and smells so, unlike some other nursing facilities I have been to in other parts of the state. Activities are well coordinated at this facility to give the residents an engaging and fun day. My mother, currently a temporary resident, has had nothing but positive feedback. I am sincerely grateful my mother was so well taken care of.

This facility has became more than it ever has been. The newly improved up grades, the staff is always smiling and ready to answer and questions or help when needed. My uncle loves living at Rainbow. The activities they do are great and get everyone involved. This facility truly knows how to give care in the residents home and make them feel loved.

My mom was placed here, she passed about 4 years ago. She was loved by every worker there. Some of these people say that they worked there and was being mistreated, and you shouldn't work there. It's not wether you get bossed around or yelled at, it's that you are helping those in need. Everyone there was so nice, and understood so many things. This is a very good place to put your loved ones.

I recently worked at this facility as an Lpn. The D.O.N Penny was very approachable and listened to all the staff. The administrator Derick and Penny worked weekends themselves to help. While i was there i met the kitchen worker's and they were completly compliant with health regulations and served good food. I met the house keeping staff and they did a wonderful job and spoke kindly and friendly to residents. The aides and nurses worked very hard to care for the residents. This is a facility I would recommend to any one seeking a caring place for a family member or employment.
