I have worked amongst the employees for several years, in a sales setting (home health and hospice). Brookdale prides themselves on a very unique atmosphere. When you walk in you are always greeted promptly and staff is available, you can physically see them working. Brookdale is also very quick to tend to patient care needs, I’ve seen it first hand several times, emergent and non-emergent situations! Another really positive I see is their retention of the employees in the Bartlesville communities, some have been there 20-25+ years, and that’s hard to find dedicated employees, especially with recent events in the world. It has been such a pleasure working along side their staff to serve our senior community in Bartlesville!

Our mom moved into Brookdale South March of this year following a stroke and being cared for in her home over the past 5 years. Even though mom is unable to speak now, she seems to be less lonely being around other people. The staff are kind and patient with our mom and seems to genuinely care about her. We have appreciated their prompt response when we voice a concern. Overall, we've been pleased with her move to Brookdale.

Worst place to work in the healthcare industry. Staff is unprofessional! They have a lot of employee turn around! Executive Director sneaks around and spies on staff and encourages drama! Care for your loved ones is not worth what they charge.

Brookdale staff provides my grandmother with wonderful care. They pay close attention to her safety. If my mom or I ever have questions they are right there to answer them. The nursing staff is very responsive when we think something might be wrong. They also provide many activities for the residents for them to do. Brookdale is a wonderful company and works really hard to provide safe enviorment facilities for residents. I would highly recommend this company to any new family member and resident.

This a wonderful company to work for. Not only have I worked here for 14 years but I've had a family member live here as well. Mistie is a very caring and hardworking director and tries to make sure that everyone is happy and well taken care of. The associates at this community are very compassionate towards the residents and provide excellent care!!

The staff at Brookdale South has always been very professional and attentive to my Mother's needs. They know her moods and routines, alerting me when they feel something is wrong. She enjoys all the activities...cards, painting, manicures, lunch bunch, etc. The facility is always clean and well kept. I would have no reservation recommending Brookdale to others.

This community is fabulous! The associates have been there for years and they love the residents. Mistie, Angela and Nicole are awesome. They are compassionate and caring and focus on resident satisfaction and providing exceptional experiences everyday.
