Community needs to know!!!! Treats their hardworking staff terribly, and expects them to deliver high-quality healthcare when the working conditions and living conditions are disgusting. Hardly ANY renovations or repairs are done to make this place better. Take a walk yourself! There are residents rooms with BEDBUGS. Their advertisements and media coverage is deceitful all around the place with coverups and lies. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO WORK OR LIVE.

Since zero wasn't an option, I'm giving 1 star. My mom has been at Park Vista for almost 2 months. They're very short handed. 1 Aid & 1 Nurse for over 30 people. An employee stole items from my mom's room and threw away pictures that can't be replaced!

Housekeeping has a new supervisor! Five star! Maria. Excellent. She is definitely changing the atmosphere. Excellence is her goal always! What an addition to the facility!

The changes made here have definitely improved the quality of care for the residents and work environment for staff. It's a hard decision to make when a loved one needs skilled care beyond the capability of family. It's not easy....the staff here definitely take the time to educate you which helps.

This is such a lovely place on the north side of Youngstown. Right by Wick Park my parents love it here and im glad theyre somewhere safe and comfortable. Whenever I visit the people here are very kind, if youre thinking about this place I suggest you come and visit for yourself!

Park Vista has been providing compassionate senior care in the Youngstown community for many years! My mother-in-law worked at Park Vista for at least 10 years, she loved the home style environment, the residents, and the caring compassionate staff with whom she remained friends after her retirement. From what I know and hear about the new leadership at Park Vista this is the place to consider for your loved ones that can no longer care for themselves at home. Plan a visit!

I was there for rehabilitation and my wife was there in respite care at the same time. She had outpatient rehabilitation while she was there too. I believe the rehabilitation department is the crown jewel. I used that service for hip replacement rehab twice. The meals are very good but need to be delivered to rooms sooner. The coffee is almost always cold. Room temperatures are difficult to regulate when the weather changes. Elevator service is less than adequate at meal times. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I do miss a few of them. I would go there again if I needed to.
