I can’t say enough great things about Sue, the administrator. She is truly exceptional! She leads with compassion, professionalism, and integrity, and it shows in everything she does. Sue is approachable, genuinely cares about the residents, families, and staff, and always takes the time to listen and help whenever needed. Our family could not be more grateful for the exceptional care, compassion, and dignity provided by the staff. What an amazing community of care! From the friendly, helpful Admin, who goes above and beyond (she's the real deal), to the caring, friendly nursing staff. You could not ask for a better group of people to care for your loved ones.

A caretaker working here befriended my elderly aunt that had dementia. The "caretaker" took over as power-of-attorney and prevented my aunt from making contact with relatives. The caretaker was in charge of selling my aunt's home in Boardman for only $21,000!!!! It was worth about $95,000. We are investigating this person. In the meantime, I would caution anyone from using this nursing home.

Community needs to know!!!! Treats their hardworking staff terribly, and expects them to deliver high-quality healthcare when the working conditions and living conditions are disgusting. Hardly ANY renovations or repairs are done to make this place better. Take a walk yourself! There are residents rooms with BEDBUGS. Their advertisements and media coverage is deceitful all around the place with coverups and lies. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO WORK OR LIVE.

Since zero wasn't an option, I'm giving 1 star. My mom has been at Park Vista for almost 2 months. They're very short handed. 1 Aid & 1 Nurse for over 30 people. An employee stole items from my mom's room and threw away pictures that can't be replaced!

Very nice place! I was very impressed with both the staff and facility. Very clean and well appointed. We were looking at independent living for my dad and I was just totally impressed with the facility. I would highly reccomend anyone looking into independent/assisted living to give them a serious look.

Best warn water therapy ever. In fact the whole PT dept. was great. They were very helpful in my recovery...most of all the warm water pool. I still continue to go twice a week to keep my strength up. I would recommend it to everyone, especially those with back pain and things like fibromyalgia. It really helps.
