They treat residents well and are very friendly and caring here!

My mother is a resident at Brookdale. The staff is very warm and inviting, the rooms are a nice size with private bathrooms...we were able to put two recliners in her room so there is a nice quiet place for people to sit when visiting. The facility prides itself with the belief that residents dont live where they work, but rather they work where you live! Which makes for a nice homey atmosphere. Renovations were just completed for the entire facility and looks beautiful as well as very functional. Exercise equipment has been installed for the residents to use... Im excited to see my mother get stronger with the aid and supervision of the staff. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Austintown Brookdale for your loved one.

My wife has been a resident of Brookdale for over eight years. The staff is professional and caring. I have investigated other Alzheimers care facilities and consider Brookdale the superior facility. I plan to keep her there. Thats not to say everything is perfect but the staff does respond to problems. I suspect the one star rating is from a disgruntled employee.

I work for a home health care Co. and provide Therapy to Brookdale residents when called upon. It is rare that Ive seen residents as engaged and as taken care of , especially given their significant condition . The associates and management team are true angels in their care and compassion and it is with real knowledge that I recommend Brookdale Austintown for a loved ones memory care assisted living needs..5 stars
