In the year that my mother has been with Brookdale Wooster she has always felt safe and well taking care of. She loves the food that is prepared for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I have visited many facilities and Brookdale Wooster has something very special. Their grounds are beautiful and they take tremendous pride in their community. They have many long term caring staff who care tremendously for their residents. I love that their program staff embrace person centered care and bring their likes and life long interests into the daily life of the facility.

This place is not well run at all. My parents were there for 5 months, and it was awful. No follow through with anything you ask, what you’re told in the beginning does actually happen. Terrible experience for my parents and for us.

Beautiful Community with both Assisted Living and Memory Care. Wonderful staff. They make you feel like extended family. Very clean as well and no odor which is always a big concern I had when looking for Senior Living facilities....

This is just a assisted living facility. I asked them about community events such as letting senior meet up without actually living there or shuttles and none of these are available. The lady on the phone referred to that as "Senior Daycare" which I found a bit rude. She probably didn't mean it that way though. So.. unfortunately, while I'm sure this place is fine. I noticed there was only one review and just felt like sharing my experience with them while asking questions over the phone.
