My dad stayed here after a failed stay at a local rehabilitation/nursing home. Randall Residence was able to get him back on his feet by focusing on completing daily life tasks along with some therapy. The staff was amazing and caring and the facility is clean. Each resident has their own space plus great common spaces. Highly recommend!

I rest easier knowing my father is being taken care of by the caring staff. The facility is so clean and modern. They do excursions and activities so often the residents always have something fun to do. The staff answers emails and returns phone calls promptly. They go above and beyond to make sure each resident feels welcome. I would recommend the Randall Residence to any one looking for a place for their parent to have a wonderful living experience.

Dad moved to Randall a little over 3 months ago. Having lived independently in his home to that point, we thought it would be a very difficult transition for him. The staff call him by name and made him feel welcome right away. He enjoys the food and though he doesn’t participate in many, there is an abundance of fun activities. Management provided a safe environment during Covid and provided on site flu and booster shots. They do a great job of decorating the residence and keeping it bright and cheerful. For anyone considering this type of move, we would highly recommend Randall Residence.

We love Randall Residence in Wheelersburg! My dad has been at Randall for about 6 months. We toured several facilities but as soon as I walked in Randall I knew this was the best place for him. The staff is always friendly, very responsive and loving. They plan fun activities. He even got to go on a plane ride over the summer and helped deliver lunch to the local fire department. He says the food is very good and they make him his favorite every day for breakfast. The facility is clean, bright and modern and also just the right size number of residents. My Dad often tells me about the people who care for him. They are great at scheduling his appointments, arranging the transportation he needs and answering my questions about his medications. He had an urgent care situation last week and the staff handled that and communicated with me promptly to keep me updated. I live 2000 miles away but still feel close because of the friendliness and care/concern of the staff. I highly recommend Randall!!

Mom has been at Randall Residence for almost 5 years! Having to place your loved one in an assisted living facility is one of the hardest decisions you’ll have to make. Randall made this decision easier! The facility is clean and the caretakers are loving and patient and really make a connection with your loved one! The administrative staff are there to answer your questions in a timely manner and give personal updates. The facility provides activities and outings so your loved stays active and the food is really good! If you are looking for help with your loved one, you have found high quality assistance in Randall Residence with your loved one!❤️

How fortunate to have toured Randall Res. I researched all Scioto County facilities and hit the jackpot. The level of care within each and every healthcare individual is unmatched. Sure, every facility could use more staff but they do more with less. The halls are bright and cheerful. Temp is just right. Offers different layouts for couples and individuals. Each suite- room is your familys choice to meet their needs. Laundry, cleaning, and meals all included. Activities that are fun, and bus transportation to outings within the community. My uncle was afforded a place where he had his private space. Not a room with a small bed and an annoying roommate to interfere with his last days on this earth. I cannot remember all employees names but that does not mean those not listed are not appreciated, deeply. The River Bend House is the most loving, caring, clean and beautiful assisted living facility. The staff from the director down truly care about all the residents. The director, Kelly, is always making sure residents have what they need and more. She also makes sure she gets to know the residents and their families and forms a great rapport with them. The nursing director, Michelle, is always looking out for the patients needs both medical and physical and advising her nurses accordingly. She too is a very caring person there to help families as well as the residents. The nurses are phenomenal... always paying attention to changes in their patients because they know the residents that well. Jenny, the activities director works very hard ....long hours on and off the job to see that the residents have not only fun things to do but activities that will enhance their daily living. The aides, maintenance and kitchen staff make it a point to form close relationships with the residents and work very closely with them no matter their need(s). Their jobs are hard at times and yet if you ask them to do something they are on it practically right away. They too care deeply for each person they serve. You know your loved one is completely safe, which gives families piece of mind, because the facility has a security system that requires a code to enter and exit. The residents and families have keys to their rooms and mailboxes making privacy a nonissue. There is a beautiful courtyard in the center of the facility where many of the residents like to sit under the covered tables, rock in the swings or enjoy a cool spot under the shade trees. Please know that this facility has an atmosphere of a large family living in a huge house together. You sense it the minute you walk in. You will not get that anywhere else. My father received the very best of care at River Bend. The staff treated our whole family as members of their own family. Couldnt have asked for more compassionate and quality care anywhere. Cant say enough about how great they are!

This facility is beautiful, clean and all of the above. Although they are ridiculously short-handed, the staff are phenomenal. They do not have that nursing home smell. Either my mom and I or my aunt went to visit my grandmother everyday and we were never turned away. In fact, they were happy to have us there each and everyday. My grandmother was able to pass in her own bed with all of her possessions and family around her. The staff loved her like their own. We could not have asked for a better place for my grandmother to live out the last of her days on Earth.

My uncle is there and when we visited him it felt more like a home than a nursing home. The staff were so friendly. It is very clean and organized. I told my husband when we get old I'd love to live in a facility like this one.
