Our Mother has been a resident of Liberty Place for almost 3 years. Although, we’ve experienced many changes during this time, we truly believe it’s the Best facility out there for those living with Dementia. There are so many staff members that deserve Special recognition for providing a little extra. Liberty Place has been a pleasure. We were coming from a heartbreaking experience where my father's memory care facility was not as advertised or promised. Since moving to Liberty Place my father is not exit seeking, begging to leave or withdrawing into himself. He is interested in socializing, eating and moving. He is attempting to participate in activities and conversations, as well as assist with ADLs. It shows me he is comfortable, relaxed and cared for. The staff work hard show all residents respect, attention and care. My family now can enjoy our time with Dad instead of being a caregiver. I am grateful to all the staff at Liberty Place.

I wrote a review a few months ago and feel compelled once again to say how grateful I am to have found Liberty Place! My 96 year old Dad has lived there for 10 months, and I continue to be so impressed with everyone associated with his day to day care. I left today so thankful for his aides, Janelle and Cassius, who tend to his needs with such kindness and gentleness. Nurse Trish always keeps me up to date on how he is doing and reassures me when I have questions or concerns about his dementia. Again, thank you to all, for providing a loving environment for Dad and all the residents!

Liberty Place has been a blessing. Amanda and all the staff have been absolutely incredible. We can rest easy when we leave from a visit that mom will be taken care of and in good hands. Mom seems content at Liberty and often found with smiles. Caregivers have been exceptional and very attentive to mom's needs along with all the other residents. In house PT has been wonderful as well. If you are searching for a facility for your loved one and want to feel good leaving your loved one in there care, Liberty is the place to make HOME..

We made the very difficult decision to move our Mom here in January 2023 after looking at many residential options for people living with dementia.(plwd) I learned about LPMC after attending a caregiver support group offered by Catholic Services. (highly recommend!) Shortly after she moved in, we were informed it was sold to a different company and there were many staffing changes that resulted due to the sale. They are now owned by Anthem Memory Care which is a company that only owns memory care facilities. The employees are specifically trained in dealing with plwd which we believe makes all the difference in the care our Mom receives. Since everyone that lives here has the same issue(s), there is a sense of belonging and community. Fortunately, there are wonderful caregivers and nurses that stayed here after the transition who have a true passion and big heart for helping plwd. My family and I are immensely grateful for the wonderful staff at LPMC. They are competent, professional, patient, and kind. I wish we lived in a world where people that do this kind of work get compensated more than professional athletes or actors/actresses, and CEO's. These folks are unsung heros. I am going to mention them here to recognize their hard work and dedication. Cathy, Maria, and Tambora are always at the front desk offering a warm smile and assistance with anything and everything! My Mom is very happy with the meals and the kitchen staff puts the special ingredient of Love into what they do- Thanks to Allison, Donte, Eric, Myles, and Robert. The activities staff plan fun and appropriate crafts, art projects, musical guests and outings~ Thank You Amy, Lisa, Mercedes, and Morgan. Dalton does a terrific job keeping up with maintenance and Nik and Tammy keep the apartments and common areas nice and clean. Last but certainly not least are the nurses and caregivers- Trisha, Amanda, Karisma, Nirmala, Srijana, Tulasi, Christina, Zunela, Samikcha, Tiffany, and the Directors Nancy and Crystal. Your hard work does not go unnoticed! Thank You! An exceptional memory care facility! My loved one has resided there nearly 3 years and the care he receives brings comfort not only to him, but to his family as well. They welcome families as true partners in every aspect of the resident’s life and care. The staff is what allows this facility to meet and exceed expectations. Although I would like to commend nearly all staff, notable staff who go above and beyond are Dani, Olivia, Ronnikia, Kylie, Karisma and Donte! They treat our loved ones like they are members of their own family!

The staff at Liberty Place Memory Care are very caring to my Dad. He has been on several field trips. They have gone fishing to the donut shop and others. He has several friends. He enjoys the activities. Most days they do stretches and music in the morning and crafts or painting in the afternoon. He enjoys the movie they see after dinner.

Priscilla is GREAT!!!!! She was the best with my grandmother. She treated her like family and took very good care of her. My grandma cared a lot for Priscilla and felt very comfortable with her. After bringing grandma home to live her remaining days with family, she still asks to visit with her. Overall, Liberty Place is a very nice place to put a loved one. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt like it was the Ritz Carlton of memory care homes. It was always clean. There were a-lot of activities for the residents and families. I didn’t feel like my grandmother was in a home and that helped me choose it.

My Mom has been at Liberty Memory Care for almost 5 months now. I would be lying if I said I wasn’t feeling guilty, sad etc. But, it was soon apparent that my mom was in good caring hands. All of the caretakers have done a great job but, Danielle and Hannah are a few that I’ve observed caring for my mom and other residents, who I believe have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They have been very welcoming and responsive. Zunella, Lisa and Namala (spelling) are the main nurses that I have seen care for my mom, and they have always been caring and responsive to her needs. Keith and Raman have done a great job with the activities, but possibly due to the times that I have shown up there, I have had more interaction with Raman, and have found her to be very kind, caring and professional. All of the kitchen and maintenance staff that I have observed have been very professional. The two receptionists have been very professional as well. It is always a pleasure talking to them. They are very welcoming. However, I have observed Cathy much more often, and she is absolutely amazing. She seems to go way above and beyond her position as receptionist. I can tell that she really cares about the residents. All of the therapists that have worked with my mom have been great. Their level of care is very professional. I don’t really have any complaints about Liberty Memory Care and the management team. They do a great job in an environment that can often be very sad. All of the events that we have attended have been carried out professionally. They have made me and my my mom feel very welcome. They have taken a very imperfect situation, and have made it as perfect as possible. Kudos to the entire team at Liberty Memory Care!

My grandfather spent his final days here and I can't say enough good things about this place. It was beautiful and always clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure its residents were comfortable and individually taken care of. Their genuine care was apparent in the way they took the time to get to know my grandpa and my family, and when they shared in our loss when he passed. I want to especially thank the nurse Jillian who chased me down after I had an emotional break and gave me the greatest hug and shared special moments she had had with my grandpa. It meant more to me than words could ever express. Thank you to all of the staff, we are eternally grateful. Your loved ones will be in the best hands here.

I Just recently lost my husband who had been a resident at Liberty Place for the past five months and I can’t begin to fully express my gratitude for the care he received at his final home. I happened to visit Liberty Place one day while looking for a place for my husband and Amanda greeted me as I entered and asked if she could help me, Two hours later I knew that I had found my husband’s forever home. I liked the size of the facility, its design, neighborhoods, and the warmth and compassion from Amanda for me as a caregiver and my Husband with dementia. The next day, I met Craig and other staff members, gave them a deposit, and then went home feeling so lucky and relieved to know that I had found a great place for my loved one. Throughout the duration of my husband’s stay I had a peace of mind in everything they did. The environment was loving and compassionate, safe, active, and friendly. The staff interacted so beautifully with the residents and families and you always received a warm greeting from everyone when you visited. I could go on with more positive comments about Liberty Place but the most important one is that I was fortunate to have found the forever home for my husband and therefore give it a five star rating.

Anthem at Liberty place memory care was the easiest place to work with. I was so worried about getting my father settled somewhere because of how reluctant he was to leave his home. It was necessary for his safety and Amanda went above and beyond to help me. After visiting 9-10 different places she was the first to ask about his specific diagnosis. She helped me understand what he is going through and how it progresses by giving me a workbook to read and answer questions from. She understood what was important to me and took the time to find out what would be important to my father. For the first time I felt like I had a partner or sibling even to help support this move. The rest of the staff has been kind and responsive. I was pleasantly surprised how well my father’s transition was into Liberty Place. I can’t say enough how I appreciate Amanda and her help. Jen T.

Wile everyone's journey with dementia is different and changing, I am very thankful for the compassionate staff at Liberty Place Memory Care. Everyone works as a team to give the best possible care. When I say everyone, I mean everyone: Executive Director, Nursing Staff, Activities, Dining and Facilities. All know the residents, speak to them, and show individualized care and compassion. Recently our family member started to experience heightened anxieties. Craig, the executive director, took the time (1-2 hours) out of his schedule to calm them so the staff attend to other resident's needs. They continue to go above and beyond continuing to keep them calm when needed looking for what may trigger this emotion. If I listed specific individuals, I would miss someone and I don't want to. To the entire staff at Liberty Place Memory Care, please know we are grateful for all you do. Nothing is ever perfect but all of you working together to provide compassionate and loving care for each resident shows you are striving for excellence. Thank you for all you do.
