I am a resident here and coming from city view this place is like heaven! The nurses are always prompt and the call light actually works, someone either a nurses aide or the nurse herself will come check on you in the matter of minutes and not hours. The administrator here her name is Angela she is very helpful. If you have any issues with anything or anyone here she will get right on top of it with no questions asked. I mean I couldn't ask for a better facility to be in. I wouldn't have a problem with anyone of my family members being here and I wound recommend anyone else that's looking for a skilled nursing home to come here. The D.O.N. Actually comes out and does work when needed she doesn't just sit behind a desk and leave her problems to others and last but not least this place is very clean. The hallways don't smell like urine and feces. There constantly cleaning, giving showers and also the outside area is so peaceful and beautiful. The smell of the trees are refreshing and there's a lot more I can say but I'll just say this I couldn't have picked a better place to be!

The staff is great, the aids on my mom's side are fantastic and very friendly. I was truly afraid to send my mom to a home, but this place and staff are great.I have met a lot of the families and the residents. I give it 4 Stars for now.

What sets this facility apart from others is the staff morale. It is evident that the entire staff take their jobs seriously, and really seem to understand and feel the value of their positions. They behave like professionals who are proud of their work. Admissions Director, Amber Harris is very compassionate and not one of my questions or concerns went unanswered.
