First things first, the ownership, absolutely terrible. [name removed] and [name removed] are two of the most incompetent people to be running this community. They operate it extremely poorly from 2 different states, Illinois, Florida. They're rarely at the buildings and are never at building 2. There are multiple health risks within the buildings ranging from black mold mildew and fungus growing in each and every storage unit in each building's basement. There is sediment build up in sinks and showers in building 2 caused from hiring unlicensed plumbing vendors to complete work at the cheapest rate they could find. There is black mold and fungus in the cold storage rooms where all the dry food and cold food is kept in the basement at building 2. There is a major bed bug outbreak and it's been persistent for going on 2 years. There has been at least 10 room with bed bug outbreak breaks in that time where the residents are literally being eaten alive. They are present and thought the facility. The owners refuse to address and rectify any of these major issues that still exists. Each building is severely understaffed causing the employees working there to work 2-3 times as hard. At the same time causing the residents a longer wait to shower, use restroom, be taking to cafeteria if they need assistance. [name removed] the acting Executive Director is absolutely a snake in sheep clothing. She will smile and be nice to your face then behind your back talk badly of everyone. She will fire anyone that doesn't do exactly what she says. They will withhold your pay and not pay you for hours you worked or holidays you worked. These owners and [name removed] only care about there bottom dollar. Not the facilities and definitely not the residents who or being neglected and abused everyday. The amount of residents that fall and are left in there rooms for hours and hours should be illegal. They post things on here saying they should have 24/7 nurses and care.. they don't. Building 1 does not have a nurse after 730pm. Leaving all the residents to wait for someone to answer to come in if at all. There has been at least 10 falls in the last month where the residents fall and cut them selves or hit their heads badly and were left for hours and hours bleeding out or unconscious. (I have and will produce facts/proof of this when asked to). The kitchen and kitchen director [name removed] is an absolute travesty. They have been in Medina food health and safety top 20 worst places for food code valuations and were number 1 for a long time. These bad actors need to be stopped and exposed for the imposters they truly are before more pol are hurt or worse... The residents and 98% of the staff is great there but deserve much much better then what they have in management and owners. [name removed] is not to be trusted! She is a predator and likes to groom the single men that work there. Shes married but talks very badly of her husband. In my experience with [name removed] she tried to take advantage of me and was always making unwanted sexual passes at me as well as always talking about inappropriate sexual things in the work place making me feel uncomfortable all the time. She would be Hiding in random rooms to jump out and scare me hiding in my vehicles or jumping into my office to startle me. There is/was no professionalism. [name removed] is not to be trusted! [name removed] is not to be trusted! I have all the receipts to back up what I said with no one else's help but l have multiple other current and former employees that will agree and confirm to what I have said.

I toured Liberty and was presently surprised how nice and unpretentious it was. Compared to some other "flashy", overpriced communities, it offered all the amenities my mom was looking for and it was very affordable. I hope to move mom in sometime in early summer.

I’m happy to know that Senior Living Residences like this exist. I love the friendly community. The entrance is warm and welcoming. The staff greet you at the door and help you find your way. It’s definitely a nice place to be.

My mom went from owning her own home to Liberty 1. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel welcome. She made friends and participated in activities. They treated her like family. I would highly recommend them. Especially for the first steps into the world of elder care.

We have only heard great things about Liberty Residence and are really looking forward to starting our family relationship with them. I visited and toured both Liberty Residence buildings today with a client, with their Director of Marketing and Admissions, Bev guiding our tour. The independent and assisted living options offered, as well as the ample listing of amenities, personal services, social activities and overly spacious homes are collectively a huge plus. Once my client has sold his home, he plans to move into building I, with future plans of transitioning into building II when the time comes. My client was most impressed with the clean presentation of the buildings, as well as the friendliness of the residents and the professionalism of the staff members. I will definitely refer additional clients to both buildings in the future, as I, too was very impressed with all that they have to offer. Bev was wonderful, a true asset to the organization.
